Stayed for two nights over the August bank holiday. Found the whole stay to be excellent. Twin room was spotless and spacious(room 17). Ventilation in the room could have been better but the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and although neither of us can eat a large breakfast looking at what others were served the breakfasts were... More

This was the cheapest deal from laterooms for this time of year. Location one minute away from Crewe railway station. Locality a little run down but if you just need a bed, and want cleanliness and polite service, this is just fine. Breakfast was good and you would only be disappointed if you had unrealistic expectations. The service is courteous.... More

Fairly old establishment which while being rather basic is totally fine for the odd night. The furniture and general feel is from another millennium but it has its charm I guess. Don't expect a bath or A/C in your room (Room 19 where we stayed didn't have either of those). Do expect late night music/party till midnight, especially if staying... More

Had the BEST Sunday lunch here! I come every Sunday when I can and have had a few Christmases here too. The staff are friendly and relaxed and the food is cheap and served promptly. Very pleased with every dining experience I have had at this establishment! :)

Just checked out from a lovely 1 night stay. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and attentive. Dinner in the restaurant last night was superb value - where else can you get a delicious, hearty starter and main for £7.50?????? How previous reviews can accuse the staff of being unfriendly beggers belief, as the complete... More

Stayed one night on business More than adequate hotel, priced correctly as it is in a rough part of town but the staff were very good and friendly and the place was clean and generally appointed as well as any british hotels. The breakfast was served quickly, toast available and coffee that felt fresh which is always a plus. would... More

The lunch buffet was very good, with fresh produce and a wide variety of sandwiches. It was good value for money and delivered in a cheerful and happy manner. The Hotel looked 'tired' but was clearly well kept and clean. Certainly a good meeting place for a reception of any kind.
