Nothing special to write about this hotel- the bar and restaurant were being used for meetings whilst I was there, found the Room Service for an evening meal very expensive; so instead popped out to M&S (4 mins drive) for a salad & prawns. There are no other places to eat besides the hotel in the vicinity. Breakfast was average,... More

Booked for seven people for a Saturday night ordered starters not that great a choice or even exciting when served but the prawn cocktail was ok . The main courses were served and must say the belly pork was the most exciting , I had a 10 oz gammon steak and was disappointed by the size of it served with... More

I have been here a few times for lunch, but never for a Christmas party so didn't quite know what to expect. There were 15 of us and we loved it! I was concerned, like many, that mass catering meant the food wasn't really going to be that great. But was I wrong. 5 courses, all great in taste! The... More

Ange and Kev went to the Hunters Lodge on New Year's Eve 2014, we did meet several other people that we knew, there was a dinner dance on, the meal was good quality and certainly enjoyed by all. We stayed over night, the room was a good size and very clean and tidy, we did have to open the window... More

Went here for a works Christmas party. It's easy to find with good parking. We were a party of about 80, and there were also other parties in making a total of about 150ish at a guess. We had to pre order our meal a few weeks earlier. Had a decent choice of the usual Christmas fare. We had 4... More

A group of 18 of us attended a Christmas Party night. My expectations weren't very high as, generally, mass produced Christmas meals are a disappointment. Not at The Hunters Lodge. The food was wonderful and everything seemed to have been freshly prepared. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. We had a brilliant evening.

Stayed for two nights (Friday & Saturday) and all was sound. Easy access to Crewe and surrounding area. Staff polite, helpful and unobtrusive. Room very clean, good sized and very quiet. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast offered a very good choice with croissants, cereals, fruit, juices, etc as well as a full English and other cooked alternatives. All you might want really.... More

We stayed on a Saturday night as we were going out with friends. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who was enthusiastic. Our room was fit fir purpose and clean. The bar area clean and tidy and a big large wood fire set the scene nicely. Breakfast was very enjoyable and all staff friendly... More

Located on the outskirts of Northern Crewe with easy access to the M6 (5.4 miles, 9Km) and Crewe city centre (1.5 miles), and the main rail station (1.4 miles). The rooms are somewhat tired but clean. There was a problem with noise from adjacent bedrooms on both of my stays at this hotel. Once waking me at 5.00 am with... More
