This was a nice older hotel. Hotel was clean and had a good english breakfast. I would stay again. Make sure to visit The Express pub about three blocks away. Very friendly folks. more

Having had to take a short break to the Crewe area recently, we stayed in the Crewe Arms Hotel. We stayed as part of a large group and had a fantastic time. The bedrooms were excellent, clean modern and very obvioulsy recently refurbished. The restaurant is beautiful and food and service were excellent. Great hotel, great staff and will definetly be going back in the future. more

We had mould on the ceiling, bath did not fill correctly. Shower did not work. hair in the sink. Complaints not taken seriously despite numerous telephone calls and letters. Hotel manager and owner non helpfull, very poor customer service. more

Stumbled upon this place on a driving holiday through england.Didnt have a booking but still got a room for 65 pounds includiing continental brekki.Rooms were excellent-very posh with a full tray of tea/coffee&biscuits.beds were king single but with new fresh linen and the bathroom was huge.Had dinner in restaurant that night-very affordable.Staff were courteous and more to the point service... more
