Stayed here for 2 nights 16-18th April. Check-in was very quick and staff were very polite and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe room in the main building which was amazing. The room was huge with a large bathroom with walk-in shower and free standing bath. The bed was large and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, in fact the... More

Although the room (in the new wing) was of a good size with good views, there were several factors we found unacceptable given the price (£113 - 1 night B&B). The bed hadn't been made, which wasn't detectable until the quilt was pulled back. The bathroom door wouldn't close due to a faulty mechanism. A bathroom fitting (toilet brush holder?)... More

It's 6 months on from our Wedding and I've only just got around to writing a review! We got married on the 19th October 2013 and it was perfect, the staff on the day from start to finish were flawless and being so far on now I can't remember names, which is such a shame. The lady who looked after... More

Stayed at Crewe Hall for two nights while we visited our daughter and grandchildren. The reception staff made us welcome and check in was quick and easy. We were offered porterage but with only hand baggage to carry we declined the offer. Our junior suite in the main hall was a suite in the true meaning of the word in... More

I have been twice to this hotel, on murder mystery weekends, the food is excellent, the comfort of the rooms is good. Everywhere is clean. Each time I have been I have been well satisfied, the breakfasts are fantastic, as is all food we have eaten.

I recently stayed at Crewe Hall and I must say I would never stay again. The bedroom was in very much need of a makeover, although I will say that the bathroom may have had one. Crewe Hall is pictured as a magnificent Jacobian mansion, other pictures show the fabulously restored reception area and this is arrived at by a... More

We attended the wedding reception of our Nephew and stayed overnight. The old part of the building is grade 1 listed, and is absolutely amazing. The interior comprises lots of small wood panelled rooms with extremely ornate carvings and even a small chapel. The bar was in one of these small rooms and is a bit small. The wedding itself... The Spa facilities are basic especially the one jacuzzi that no more than two people can comfortably sit in at any one time. The staff are all welcoming and pleasant however the treatments that my friend and i had in comparison to other spa's were very poor value. I spent £35 on a back and kneck massage which lasted just... More
