Have had the pleasure of staying at Crewe Hall 3 times in the last 18 months, twice in the Old Hall and Once in the more modern wing. I can only say I have read some of the negative comments with intrigue ad, on every occasion I have stayed, the staff, the food the quality has ALLWAYS been exceptional. It... more

Stayed at this hotel for a 3 day conference. Resided in the new modern wing and found the rooms to be exceptionally large and very comfortable. All looked brand new. The conference went smoothly andwe found the meals to be very good quality (although a little small on the portions, perhaps Im just greedy). Bar prices were on the high... more

I cannot comment on the accommodation as I live fairly locally. We do go to Crewe Hall for the High Teas and sometimes for Lunch. The old part of the Hotel is the most spectacular gothic building I have ever seen, the approach up the main drive is breathtaking. The main entrance is spacious and there can be a door... more

Stayed here 5 & 6th june on a fine dining experience weekend for our wedding anniverary celebration. Check in was quick and very efficient, allocated a fabulous room in the main part of the hotel, views were spectacular albeit we could glimpse the new wing of the hotel. Food in the Ranulph restaurant was good and beautifully presented. Wines were... more

A wonderful company that I work for took us to Crewe Hall for a National Seminar last weekend. The place looked wonderful, a shame the Hotel could not match up there service and care! In the bedroom no bathrobes were there, the spa was round the corner from my room. Naturally I wanted to use the pool and go back... more

We booked this as our friends 40th birthday weekend away. There were 5 girls (no comments please!!) and we booked the 2 nights luxury spa package. The value for money was excellent - some of us have been to other spas previously and spent as much for a lot less. The quailty of everything was excellent - service, spa, facilities,... more

We booked this hotel for a joint Diamond/Pearl Wedding Anniversary celebration, with rooms and an evening meal together costing around £1000. Overnight, when supposedly in safe keeping with the hotel, a memento of the event disappeared. Having carried out a brief investigation the hotel conceded that the most likely explanation was that one of the staff had stolen it. While... more

My stay was in compensation for a very bad stay that my parents had 2 weeks before hand. Because of this we thought that this visit would be perfect & I was so hoping to book my wedding here because I thought the setting & building itself was beautifull, after hearing the bad report from my parents I wanted to... more
