Impressive approach to hotel, the old building has some amazing rooms - worth looking around those not in use for meetings. Friendly receptionist, lovely spacious bedroom in new part of building with lovely view over grounds. Dinners disappointing, husband violently sick afterwards. Service good in restaurant, poor in bar area, they were not interested in serving food. Some parts of... More

We are attending a wedding there in September so thought we would stay over. The hotel had told the bride and groom that any guests would get a 10% discount on the best room rate. Phoned the hotel for the best available room rate which was the same as on internet sites. Then asked them to knock off the 10%.... More

We got married here back in March and found the staff generally very attentive and helpful. The day went off without a hitch (no pun intended) and all the guests were as impressed as we were with both The Library (ceremony) and Drawing Room (reception). Not to mention the excellent food and wine selection. All the guests commented on the... More

I took a friend as a special treat, hotel is very nice and all the meals we had were 5* and wouldn't fault anything about our stay. We went to the spa the morning after staying the previous evening. After waiting 20 mins and listening to staff having a row in reception I went into a joint room for our... More

I spent 2 nights at Crewe Hall with my sister (i have been before she had not) on the second day my daughter, granddaughter and 5 of my daughters friends arrived for my daughters 'baby shower'. We all had treatments (apart from my sister who had a bad back) and a lovely lunch. The staff had allocated us a table... More

Stayed here for our anniversary last Christmas. Stayed in one of the special upgrade rooms next to the main tower. The building was amazing and looked even more stunning with all the Christmas decor. The room was huge with a big roll top bath with everything you needed for an overnight stay. The food in the restaurant was first class... More

We visited Crewe Hall yesterday for a special anniversary and trial run as we are thinking about holding our wedding there in future. Staff were warm and friendly (especially Laura on reception who booked us in and Konrad at breakfast). The hall was beautiful, all the food was excellent - although a little more range would be nice for dinner... More

We had a great two day stay at this hotel. Were welcomed on arrival and shown to an excellent room in the old part of the hotel. Food was superb for breakfast and the evening meals we had with the hotel and cooked exactly the way we requested. Spa facilities were also excellent with very friendly staff and a highlight... More

Stayed here for a two night break. On arrival the hotel really does have the wow factor and the reception area amazing. We were greeted and given our room but sadly the air conditioning was not working and as we were a family of 4 sharing with only a small window it was not going to be pleasant. We immediately... Stayed here last Thursday night in the new part of the hotel. A great room, very spacious, with everything you expect from a 4 star hotel. Ate in the brasserie, the food was excellent as well as the service. A great place to stay whether on business or pleasure.
