We had to stay in this dirty badly run dump. Best western need to take a look at this place is it really really bad. Im sure that whoever inspects this place will agree that i really needs a manager and the staff need to brush their teeth as they all smell of fags. more

I stayed at this hotel on two occasions and was not impressed. It is badly managed and the owners seemed to be more interested in the pub on the premises (which is quite rowdy with noise carrying on into the early hours) than in the hotel itself. it is badly maintained and very dated, with lots of evidence of clutter... more

When we visited the 'improvements' had been carried out and posters stuck in windows boasted of how they were better than 'the Peterborough hotel'? We had the misfortune of having to stay here for a family wedding and NEVER AGAIN. The rooms were dirty and my mother in law has damp and mould in her room.
