After having searched through last minute.com for a room, we found one at this location. £55 for a family room which sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, and cots are available. After travelling a further 20 mile to get here and at 10pm with a one year old, we found ourselves at this location but was being told the website... More

A short notice visit to nearby Sandringham on a busy weekend. Feeling a bit apprehensive having only read older reviews we were more than pleasantly surprised by what we found. Some good beers in the bar, the food was excellent in the evening and a very clean and spacious room with comfortable bed waiting for us As we needed to... More

8 of us called in for lunch on Saturday there was no one else in the pub, which was a great shame the landlord whom we understand had taken over the pub at the beginning of the year, was very accommodating and friendly. the food was typical pub food, it was very well presented, hot, tasty and excellent valve for... We stayed here for the one night on 24/08/2014, completely exceeded our expectations after reading the reviews, however the ownership has changed since the bad reviews. The pub is now run by a very warm and welcoming couple. The room was nice and very clean and spacious, we was surprised to find out that breakfast was included which was very... More

Arrived and found I had been double booked. The staff worked very hard on the phone to solve the situation. Not a great arrival but it happens! The rooms are very very tired and the place needs a dramatic overhaul. It was a Saturday night and I was the only person in the restaurant and at the most only 8... More

We stayed at The Five Bells for one night. We found the room small but clean. Very comfortable bed. Could do with new flooring. Had an evening meal and breakfast there and both were excellent. Staff seemed helpful. Overall would recommend for an overnight stay.

Booked a room for single night the service is good and the breakfast. After seeing the reviews initially was bit scared to go there but thought of trying it. Rooms are really big and neat and tidy. Bar staff were good and the bear served was lovely. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed because we were going to a party at the village hall. Staff are lovely and the breakfast was great although no eggs with an English cooked breakfast? It was cooked fresh and to order by a lovely young chef. Bar staff were helpful and friendly. Room is very dated and cold. The place really needs modernising but it... More

I parked at the rear of the hotel and was surprised to find the outside very shabby. They took me up the uncarpeted stairs to find dirty doors. Shown into room 3 which was very cool and shabby with dirty carpets.Had to get the owner in to make the TV work I asked what time the heating came on and... More
