We based ourselves at this B&B while doing some family history research in East Anglia and also visiting some nearby attractions such as Sandringham Estate. Sonja and Chris were excellent hosts. They provided for all our needs on our five night stay and made excellent suggestions for local places of interest and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. Sonja... More

We found The Old Vicarage B&B on the Internet and booked for 1night. WOW, it exceeded all expectations. Sonja and Chris welcomed us warmly into their beautiful home. On arrival Sonja served tea and the most delicious gluten free chocolate cake in the library. Their home is truly magnificent, beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest quality. Our room was... More

We've stayed in many, many B&Bs in the past 30 years and this has to be right up among the very best. Sonia & Chris instantly made us feel like old family friends. The service and decor were impeccable. The room and bath exceeded expectations. What more can I say but "bravo!" The location is a bit off the beaten... More

We felt we were the most important guests they've ever had, right from the hearty welcome through the four nights we stayed there. Breakfasts were a delight, with traditional English, served a la carte, in a setting right out of Downton Abbey. Although the house was furnished in a traditional classic style, everything gave a fresh and clean feeling. Clean... More

From the moment my wife and I arrived for a three night stay we knew our time at the Vicarage would be relaxing, comfortable and a touch of class. Sonja and Chris welcomed us with a genuine and continuing warmth and helpfulness. A cup of tea and some freshly home made cake and a chat with other recently arrived guests.... More

Arriving at a grand oak door of a red brick old vicarage we were greeted by Sonia the friendly owner. WOW!! Shown into the elegant sitting room for homemade Victoria spong and tea served in porcelain tea cups.....And that was just the start.... A glorious house renovated by the owners over many years, it sings of quality and good taste.... More

This was the second time is stayed at this b&b and I can't fault them. The room was very comfortable, the welcome very warm and friendly and the breakfast exceptional. It's a shame it's not a little cheaper but this reflects the quality and the lack of alternatives in the locality.

I booked through a website the executive king room for one night which was confirmed. I was then advised that for this room (the most expensive available) I would need to book two nights which was not convenient or economically viable for me. Despite a booking confirmation, the hotel told me they would not permit me to use the room... More
