I have recently had the experience of very poor service and rude staff at this hotel. Only one barman serving 40 people After complaining to the manager I had zero response from him. So that about confirms my impressions about the service at this hotel.

Best Hotel in St Neots, only problem is that it is always booked! The food is good - try the Salmon it's great The Rooms are basic but always clean and a good size The breakfast is great, not the usual cheap rubbish !

Spent a midweek night here and found the rooms tired in need of some updating, the carpet in my room was badly stained and the bed not too comfy. Food in the restaurant was only average although all staff were friendly and helpful.

We ordered fish & chips and was disappointed with our meal, what a fright the meal comes with oven chips! The fish came in two halves! But was OK We complained about the chips and we're told that they were having trouble with the fryer and were trying to get around it. If we knew about the problem we would... More

We were staying down the road at the Premier Inn and didn't fancy their breakfast at the Brewers Fayre pub so after reading the reviews here decided to book in for a cooked breakfast at £5.95 each. Also included tea or coffee and cereal. Only one other person having breakfast. Nice place pleasant surrounding. First coffees were nearly cold but... More

we recently organised a family reunion for 60 people. Lorelle was always efficient, friendly and accommodating, from the first email to the event on the actual day. We took over the conservatory dining room and a lot of the main bar on arrival, which must have been quite inconvenient on a Sunday lunchtime, but at no time were we made... More

I've stayed here twice, on business for a lengthy period. In December 2014 and June 2015 and both times I found nothing to complain about. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The food was very nice, generous portions. The hotel rooms themselves are great and I'd much rather stay here than competitors in the same price range. The rooms... More

My elderly mother spent a few days here in April and she received fantastic service from all members of staff. Unfortunately my mum wasn't feeling very well during her stay and everybody made sure that everything was done to make her as comfortable as possible. It was lovely to see. Due to my mum's reduced mobility she was staying in... More

My comments relate only to the room as I did not eat. Unfortunately it was very tired and in bad need of refurbishment, this really applies to the Inn as a whole. Cleaning could also have been better, the net curtains were not at their best, the bathroom was generally grubby. Overall, while it has potential it needs work and... More
