Stayed in a room overlooking the front of the hotel. Quite noisy until about midnight, but didn't bother us at all as we are not early to bed ourselves. The room was wonderful. Very large and beautifully furnished. Very large bathroom too with a jacuzzi. We had food in our room as we were too tired to go down to... More

Very accommodating, when we asked if they had anything else for vegetarians (we had 4 at the table) the chef came out and arranged a different dish that wasn't on the menu, and I'm sure if that wasn't ok they would have come up with another! The food was good and the whole meal including wine was great value, we... More

A really friendly hotel with lovely staff. They make me feel like part of the family. Every room has been individually styled and because of the age of the buildings each is very quirky. Quite often cheaper than the nearest nationwide hotel chains.

Clean warm comfortable room. Bathroom outdated..nice breakfast. Pleasant 2 night stay. Bar and restaurant are welcoming and friendly. Great to relax in the bar after a busy day. Overall a pleasant stay in a quaint pub.

I needed to stay an additional 3 nights in the area and got a last minute booking here. I read some of the reviews online and some of them were unfavorable, but I felt brave and took a chance. I am glad I did. Although the 2 rooms we booked were actually in seperate buildings it was not a problem.... More

Booked this hotel as attending a wedding there. Central and easy to find, good car parking attached to hotel at rear. Bit of a maze - our room was in separate adjacent building, which took some finding at times! Great breakfast, lovely room for the wedding ceremony itself. Room ok, but bathroom left a bit to be desired - front... More

I loved staying here in this hotel/pub. So much nicer than a faceless hotel chain. Really friendly staff, and tasty pub food. Even the breakfast was enjoyable with good quality sausages, though failed on the coffee which tasted like strong instant. Himalayan pink salt at the table was an added bonus. My room was off the hotel in the back... More

comfortable rooms with all the amenities I expected from a coaching inn. Free WIFi, comfy bed, tv and ensuite. Basic and quaint. All the staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. Winslow itself has a small village feel to it with some interesting shops along the High Street to occupy your time. I was here for a birthday party in... More
