We stayed at Jeff's B&B pre Xmas before staying with family. Jeff is exceptionally welcoming & relaxed and left us to our own devices allowing us to spend time as a family. His home is quaint, immaculate and full of cottage character, we felt exceptionally relaxed here and loved spending time with Zoe the dog. We could not recommend the Old... More

Looked for a place close to the golf course Winslow was about 25 mins away. Jeff is a really laid back and friendly chilled guy and basically lets you have the use of his home having tea and coffee when you want and helping yourself to the continental breakfast. The cottage is charming oozing character and situated in the town... More

We immediately felt at home with Jeff as he showed us his living area and our bedroom. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast had everything we wanted. The cottage was slightly difficult to locate and we had to park about 100 metres away, but it is in a very pretty old corner of the village.

Beautiful "Tardis" like cottage, Jeff & Zoe are excellent hosts and made us very welcome. Very homely. We had the en suite which was furnished with antiques and the best bed we've ever slept in! Very relaxing stay.........

We spent 3 nights at Jeff's delightful cottage in mid-May. Our room, with its own staircase, was charming and extremely comfortable. The bathroom, built into the angle of the roof slope, was spotless. Breakfasts were first class and not to be missed - well worth the extra for the full English. Zoe, Jeff's little dog, aka The Meet & Greet... More

I stayed one night - the room and bathroom were very clean and well-appointed with useful touches like water by the bed, good hanging space in the wardrobe and spare toothpaste! It's a charming old cottage and Jeff is really friendly and helpful - he goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and at home with coffee and... More

Although this is a very nice Bed and Breakfast with a kind host. But the lack of or an option to have a cooked breakfast does decrease its charms. We as a family lead quite busy life's it was abit disappointing being offered a pretty ordinary breakfast! Its a business opportunity ie using local produce etc

We only stayed one night but loved our stay in Jeff's interesting place. The true "village-nature" made it great for we "colonials" and Jeff's advice and local knowledge helped immensely. Breakfast was a real homely self-serve that we happily shared with the other guests and Zoe the dog. Great value for money..

Went with the wife and our puppy and were made to feel very welcome buy Jeff and his dog Zoe. The cottage is a lovely old building, adding to its quirkiness. The breakfast was laid out the night before and this suited as I was out before 5am, and could grab something to eat and drink before coming back to... More
