I've travelled widely during my life and I calculate that my time spent in hotels adds up to at least an astonishing 4.5 years The hotels have typically been Radisson, Park Plaza and Marriott. I've also had the good fortune and pleasure of staying at Okura in Tokio, Oriental in Bangkok and the Waldorf Astoria in N.Y. Although my experience... More

We stayed in this lovely cottage to be close to Silverstone (the prices aren't hiked up at this time like a lot of places!) and had a wonderful stay. It's in a picturesque town and the bedroom we stayed in was full of character and very comfy, with nice en suite facilities. There was also a welcoming lounge area and... More

Had a one night stay at this beautiful cottage, the rooms were tastefully furnished, they were obviously small but that is part of its character, shower cubicle in the bedroom with powerful rainfall shower head. Comfy bed, lovely linen, lovely freshly cooked breakfast set us up for the day. Would recommend Paprika restaurant just a minute walk from the cottage.... More

A cottage from the 17th century in an idyllic environment made for a romantic weekend getaway. As the cottage is built in the 17th century, so beware of the ceiling level. The inn has only three rooms, but well worth a visit. Very friendly personal service by the owner Anna and you get a perfectly cooked English full breakfast. No... More

Situated on the edge of Winslow, down a narrow cul de sac lane which makes parking a bit tight. The cottage dates from the 1600s, so taller guests will have to negotiate low beams and doorways. Apart from creaky floorboards, the B&B is quiet and free from road noise. The large first floor room, which we had, was a nice... More

An excellent B & B in a pretty cottage which has been very tastefully decorated. We had the largest room which had an extremely comfortable bed and an excellent en suite with bath and very powerful shower! The ceiling heights aren't too bad for an old cottage but some of the doorways are very low indeed!! The stairs are pretty... More

I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. The lady who ran it wad friendly and welcoming. The room we had was large and well laid out with a superbly comfortable bed and an on suit bathroom with a powerful shower. The organic cooked breakfast was perhaps the best I have ever had when staying somewhere. Locally sourced bacon and sausages... More

Just so Cottage is a fantastic old house and it feels like stepping back in time but with many of todays modern conveniences. We spent a couple of days in the cottage in late November (sorry for not reviewing sooner) and were thoroughly smitten with its old world charm and character. Anna and Josh are great hosts and we enjoyed... More

Due to family commitments my girlfriend and I couldn't be together in Christmas Day so we spent our first Christmas together at the cottage. From start to finish we had a truly magical time. On our arrival we were greeted by Anna, a very charming landlady, and instructed to make ourselves at home. All if the rooms are delightfully decorated... More
