I stayed at Cliveden at the end of November. We had booked the Lady Astor suite which is the top suite. When we arrived we had to wait over 1 hour before being able to get keys for the room. My review of Cliveden is a little biased for a few reasons, the main one being that my boyfriend proposed while we were there.
