Having to stay away from family is hard, however the staff at the Villiers are so friendly and approachable. I don't always dine at the hotel however i will always eat at least once during my stay. The food is always well presented and far better value than i think they are given credit for They have now introduced Treat... More

Hotels in this part of the UK are always busy and quite expensive but a tired room and a bathroom that suffers mould isn't acceptable at £140 p/n. The mattress is old and lumpy, the mini fridge was empty and the covering on the windows seat was stained and grubby. I'm afraid I would stay elsewhere next time and I... More

We spent an enjoyable three nights here in a premium room (210). The room was spacious and comfortable (but with a few bumps and bruises). It has its own fridge. The en-suite was a decent size with a shower over the bath, and a curtain. We are not great fans of this set up, but the shower was good. The... More

Popped in for a breakfast one morning because everything else in Buckingham was closed. Wasn't a resident but treated with courtesy and shown a table. Normal hotel fare, decent standard but hotel prices. Great service even thought the hotel restaurant was full and a much needed coffee.

A two-night Spring Break in a Premium Room was very comfortable. The room was large and well fitted. It could be better with a King Size Bed. The room air conditioning was not functioning in cooling setting. The residents lounge areas were very nice and there is a good bar and smart restaurant. The restaurant has an interesting well priced... More

The hotel is quaint clean and well furnished, rooms are nice with coffee and tea making facilities, the reason for my review is the restaurant, the staff in the restaurant are professional friendly and make you feel very welcome(especially the French guy)sorry didn't get his name, now for the food, it definitely deserves a 5* rating, it was excellent, the... Rooms are incredibly spacious and clean with quality bedding and towels. Large lounge with lots of sofas (in an ideal world these could be newer but they are still comfortable) Bar friendly Restaurant fabulous - all food we... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2015

We stayed at this hotel with the compliments of the management, which was a very generous gesture as we had a not so agreeable stay at another hotel in the group. Upon arrival the outside looks a little tired for a 4 star but inside it is lovely. Check in was simple and by very attentive staff. Our room was... More
