I stayed here for one evening and had the worst experience ever. The staff were rude, incompetent, lazy and almost aggressive when we did not wish to leave a tip at breakfast! This place is really difficult to review. I have been a few times for food and drinks in the bar, and each time the standard of service and food in the bar is different! We had a lovely stay in this hotel. We had a pleasant room for two nights. The food was really good, especially in the restaurant where we ate on the first night of our stay.
