The lift at this hotel is broken at 3 rd floor supposedly waiting for spare parts. The ceiling tiles in top floor corrdoor are dirty and soiled with rust stains likeswise the floor was scattered with trays of food debris and empty bottles at 1500hrs. The taps in the handbasin in room were so badly corroded with limescale it was... more

Excellent golf nearby, The town of Beaconsfield has many fine eaterys and drinking holes. the local taxi drivers were prompt, reliable, and reasonably priced, and all seemed to know where going. And as for the hotel we had a comfortable stay and found the staff to be very helpfull and will book again soon. more

We stayed at the Bellhouse Hotel in November 2008, after a trip to London. We had rented a car and were on our way to Nottingham when I got sick with food poisoning. Luckily they were right off the highway and had rooms available. The staff were nice and the room was about $215/night including breakfast, which we didn't stay... more

Hotel was adequate and staff friendly. Breakfast fairly good. We booked this hotel to attend a sporting event at Wembley. The hotel is on it's own and a car or taxi is needed to get to the train station. In our case a taxi was used. On both occasions what would have been a £3 - 5 trip was racked... more

My wife, son and I stayed in a family room for 125 pounds per night. We stayed for 4 nights. Basically we couldn't fault the place. Nice room, very clean, with everything you could require...oh and the minibar was free! We used the pool and spa facilities for free and had it to ourselves. Best bit was the breakfast, great... more

This hotel is now part of the Cairn Group. I contacted the hotel directly by phone and was offered a room on a bed and breakfast basis for £115 per night, midweek. The hotel building is basically in two parts. The front appears to have been recently refurbished whilst the rear resembles a 1970s office block. My room was on the... more

I spent a night here last week. The room was pleasantly nice, being a good size for a single, newly decorated and with a big shower in the bathroom, also quiet. The bar area was very busy with no tables for something to eat and when I asked if I could have dinner in the room the charge was £3.50... more

We stayed at the Bell house for a friends 50th Birthday party on Easter Sunday. When we checked in the lovely lady on reception told us we'd been upgraded to a four poster room ! That was a lovely start, the room was very nice, slippers, robes and free mini bar! Nicely decorated and very comfortable bed! The hotel was... more

Stayed here for an xmas "do" ! It was one of the warmest hotel rooms i have ever stayed in even with all the windows open. One of the bulbs didnt work and the duty manager was insistant that he needed to get into the room to replace the bulb ! How many hotel managers does it take to change... more

I have to say that I didn’t recognise any of the failings highlighted in some of the negative reviews. We stayed at the hotel for two nights for a family wedding as the reception was being held here and had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, well maintained, check in was simple, ample car parking outside and... more
