First impression not great - Receptionist started arrival procedure then was called away and never returned . Eventually another staff member completed after we reminded them we had been waiting for 20 minutes. I have now stayed at Henlow twice a year for 5 years. I have tried other Spa's in the champney's group but always come back here. I spent a week in late August with a friend. We had separate Superior Rooms and they were lovely, with splendid views. The time flew by; I don't know where the week went.
