We arrived at around 5pm. None of the lights in our room were working apart from the bathroom light. The guy who served us originally on reception came up and looked at the lights, he then called a man out to fix them, which was done rather promptly. The room next us was occupied by several Asian young girls who... More

Nothing like the photos! Shower rail held up by black tape! Mouldy sheets! Extremely noisy at night! Handles on the window were broken which made it very hard to close windows! Bad smell in the halls and very uneven floor! Couldn't complain because there was never anyone at reception! Even when we were checking out we were supposed to drop... More

We stopped here on route to British Grand Prix at Silverstone. Triple room had all we needed, comfy beds, clean sheets and towels and plenty of hot water. The decor a bit shabby and towel rail couldn't be turned off making the bathroom like a sauna but other than that not too bad. Good value for food and drink in... More

To be totally honest you get what you pay for. We paid £39 for one night, and as such we weren't expecting much, although if I had the choice I would choose Premier or Travelodge every time...it was unfortunate that both of those were a lot more expensive than usual for the Saturday night we wanted to stay, hence our... Me and my partner booked into this hotel due to travelling from Luton airport tomorrow.. The pictures that we saw on the website certainly were not what we got when we arrived. The double room (no31) is very dated. The pictures will explain we review. It has the essentials but certainly is in need of updated. The bathroom as you... More

We used this hotel for a overnight stay. The staff are brilliant and the food is acceptable. The room was o.k. but the bathroom was atrocious, the bath was stained, no plug for the sink and the toilet leaked. The flooring was coming up in the bathroom because of the water leaking from the toilet.

It pains me to give this dump one star but had to in order to leave a review. Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight from Luton. It's basically a shed in the car park of a pub - we were put in a room with a vending machine outside which fired up every half hour, people... More
