This was terrible.... the beach was covered in flith, tarp was half buried under sand, the beach was not clean, the photos on the website are misleading. The hotel staff, at check in was rude, when we asked to see the rom, we were reminded of the cancellation policy (a hint). We were very disappointed!! more

I have to commend Mark at the front desk for treating us like royalty. He made our stay extremely enjoyable. We loved the large apartment-like room. It is really a suite, but with two bedrooms, we enjoyed all the room. It was very clean and seemed newly renovated or built. I think they completely renovated the hotel after a hurricane... more

Ok, you have to understand the keys to look at this hotel relative to other options. There are a few upscale options in the keys, but they are generally way more expensive than this hotel. Went with my Son and family. Have never ever stayed in a more breathtaking place on the Keys. This is probably the best place in the keys. Quite, family atmosphere. I expected the keys to be a wild partying and tourist trap type place. If you stay here, it's not like that at all.
