Older hotel well maintained. Yep, the window style AC units are loud but quiet down after the room is chilled. Skip the brekfast (60 pesos) and try a neighbor hood restaurant or better yet, walk to the Cenote Zaci restaurant for a fairly priced meal w/ a view of the cenote. Nearby collectivo taxis can take you to the outstanding... More

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Valladolid and Zaci appeared to fit the bill. Looks were deceiving. After being shown an acceptable ground floor room, we were given a second floor room with a broken bed. We asked for a different room and were given a third floor room where we could clearly hear the announcements from... More

Gem of a small hotel. No frills- minimal non-Spanish speaking staff (but friendly and helpful- so you get by) when we were there. Easy to book online. Very traditional and well maintained/preserved central garden and fountain, open to the skies, and lovely swimming pool designed to blend right in. Rooms basic but quite pleasant. Nice restaurant for breakfast in the... More

Nice courtyard with a pool and very central location, but bedding quite tired and beds are very hard. Excellent value though.free parking to the rear and they only charge 100 pesos extra for air conditioning.

We had a confirmed booking for two nights, but when we arrived at around 6:30pm the receptionist told us that there are no free rooms left. We were not the only ones with this issue. Four other couples arrived, but all their rooms were given away as well.

Simple but clean hotel just a few blocks from the plaza. Beds of varying standard; half of mine was sagging, the other was very firm. Try to get on the 2nd floor so you don't have people walking past all the time. Small pool pretty crowded and is in the shade from early afternoon in winter. Two major minuses: *Extremely... More

The place seemed to be understaffed (and fully booked due to holiday season). But for our schedule it was an excellent stay, for meals, many great places a short walk away, Valladolid is just a great place to stay, loved it. There was a help wanted sign posted, so that may help explain why there was only one staff ever... More

Rooms are clean and basic. This is one of those old lovely courtyard type hotels that occupy the central districts many Mexican cities. The court yard is painted in a darker red, with a strip of greenery between the buildings and walk ways. The doors to the rooms have an old fashion key lock. This Hotel could be a good... More

Not bad for the price, awesome patio, clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Breakfast a bit simple but overall great experience. They also have a parking at the back if you drive. I would come back no problem.

Hotel Zaci was a very nice place to stay in Valladolid. It was clean, quiet, well located and had a wonderful pool. The personal were helpful and polite. In low season we paid 488 MNX for a double room. It was a little bit too expensive for our budget but absolutely worth it.
