My friends and I stayed for one night at Hotel Zaci, and for the price, it was a great room- clean, good wifi, and AC on the third floor. The set up of the pool and the courtyard is very pretty, and there is a parking lot for your car which is great!

We stayed for 3 nights in Zaci and we really regret it. Our room was dirty and the bed cover was old and not fresh. AC unit, if it works, are REALLY loud, forget sleeping while it is on. Fans over the bed only have one speed: maximum. When the fan is on it is almost scary to be in... More

If this hotel was any more than the $40 USD that we paid, then it wouldn't get 4 stars. It's a budget place to stay. Location is great, central to one off the main areas of town by less than 5 minute walk. Wifi was intermittent but enough for video skype with our family back home. Great off street parking... More

Hotel Zaci is located right in the center of Valladolid, with lots of free parking, and very nice (large) pool, and comfortable rooms. The rooms are nothing fancy but our room was large and clean. The pool area is very pleasant and the pool was large. The grounds were lovely and well maintained, with the rooms being set around a... More

The hotel is bang smack in the middle of the town, making the majority of sites in the town just a few moments walk. And with free parking in the back the hotel is a great option for exploring further afield. The room was pretty large and had most of the things you would expect from a hotel in Mexico.... More

We arrived at Hotel Zaci around 9pm on Fat Tuesday, exhausted after a long day’s journey from Michigan and frustrated from hunting for their parking lot; which is on Calle 46. We were greeted with a smile and check-in went smoothly. I had been worried because it was Carnaval week and we had reserved our superior room with no deposit... More

The location is the best attribute for this hotel. It is almost exactly between the ADO and the main plaza. The furniture, bathroom/linens and air conditioner(it worked) in the room we had all needed replacing but for the price it was okay for 2 nights. The pool was fairly large and clean with nice seating areas. We had a room... More

... But welcome to small town Mexico. Between the three of us we mustered our broken Spanish to communicate properly and get our room and park our jeep. The rooms were clean and for a small town. The beds however were rock hard and for this regard I didn't go for excellent. The courtyard was beautiful and reminded me of... More

We stayed here for 1 night, it was an awful experience. The women at reception was unhelpful and rude. No English, and us with some espanol - however she made no attempt to write things down or use her hands etc. We have encountered many people with little or no English and have found ways to communicate. The courtyard area... More

We stayed two nights in that hotel in Mai 2014. The place is located only a few block away from the Zócalo. The parking is located on the back side of the hotel and offers enough space. The rooms were ok. Nothing special I would say. The aircondition was quite loud though. The bathroom was average. When taking a shower,... More
