Stayed one night in the Zaci while passing through Valladolid. It is a basic Mexican hotel, with rooms a bit tired looking, but clean, comfortable, and with good AC. Purified water was available, and the staff were friendly. Free wifi in the lobby. Nice swimming pool. No food or beverage on site, but plenty of places nearby. more

Our family of 13 stayed at Hotel Zaci at the end of May. (We had 5 rooms). We were very pleased with our stay--the value was outstanding. It was VERY hot (high 90s with high humidity) so rooms with AC were an absolute must (the hotel has rooms both with AC and without). The outside of the hotel is not... more

My husband and I thought this was a wonderful hotel for some very different reasons. He loved the extensive cable in the hotel room. I loved the fabulous cleaning ladies and front reception staff that always seemed happy and busy. There is a very decent sized pool and lovely little courtyard. It was very close to the bus station right... more

We just stopped in Valladolid for one night. It was at the end of our Yucanan peninsula trip and we were on our way from Merida to Cancun for a flight home. We decided there was enough to see in Valladolid for an overnight stay. We did not have a reservation but the Zaci was only a block or so... more

We stayed here for one night on January 17th to look around Valladolid and to visit Chichen Itza the next day. We did not book ahead as they do not have a website and I couldn't find their website but anticipated they would have availability based on another TravelAdvisor member's recommendations. The young lady at the reception desk did not... more

This was one of the better hotels we stayed in during our travels through Mexico. If you have stayed at other budget hotels then you will definitely enjoy your stay. This is at near enough budget prices but above budget accommodation. Large rooms and very clean with TV and remote. Although the reception for the TV was a bit rubbish.... more

We booked a night at Hotel Zaci at the reception for one night cause we wanted a bit better lodging for our only night in Valladolid. The rooms are really nice, especially for their price level. Overall, we were satisfied with everything except for two things: There was no hot water which felt a bit of a disappointment for this... more

Pros: Not expensive, Helpful staff, Relatively clean (nothing to complain about), close to the town square. Also very close to the bus depot - it's on the same block. Nice atmosphere, peaceful. Cons: Being very close to the bus depot, at times you can hear the arrival and departure announcements, but not at any ungodly hours. there was a rooster... more

We stayed three nights at this hotel in January. The two best hotels in Valladolid are El Meson del Marques and Zaci. However, the last one is half the price. The hotel is quiet and clean and for a room about 300 pesos a night, you are located at two corners streets from the bus stop and the zocali (central... more

Just around the corner of the bus station, considering that prices start at $22USD (without A/C) this is a good choice when saving some bucks. friendly staff, basic amenities: TV only has 3 local chanels. Wireless internet available at the lobby (in the case you bring a laptop) more
