The location is the best attribute for this hotel. It is almost exactly between the ADO and the main plaza. The furniture, bathroom/linens and air conditioner(it worked) in the room we had all needed replacing but for the price it was okay for 2 nights. The pool was fairly large and clean with nice seating areas. We had a room... More

... But welcome to small town Mexico. Between the three of us we mustered our broken Spanish to communicate properly and get our room and park our jeep. The rooms were clean and for a small town. The beds however were rock hard and for this regard I didn't go for excellent. The courtyard was beautiful and reminded me of... More

We stayed here for 1 night, it was an awful experience. The women at reception was unhelpful and rude. No English, and us with some espanol - however she made no attempt to write things down or use her hands etc. We have encountered many people with little or no English and have found ways to communicate. The courtyard area... More

We stayed two nights in that hotel in Mai 2014. The place is located only a few block away from the Zócalo. The parking is located on the back side of the hotel and offers enough space. The rooms were ok. Nothing special I would say. The aircondition was quite loud though. The bathroom was average. When taking a shower,... More

The hotel has a nice layout with a fountain near the front and a pool in the back. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a few blocks from the plaza while still being in a safe quiet location. Breakfast is not included. Beds are not the softest but rooms have air conditioning, hot showers, and are... From the outside, this 2-star hotel looks a bit strange, with two three-storey wings facing each other, separated by a narrow lawn courtyard (actually it looks a bit like a posh prison!). At the back, there is a curved wing with more rooms, surrounding a small pool area. The rooms are fair-sized and come with both AC and ceiling fans.... More

I've stayed at this hotel several times with a group I travel with. It's never great but it's nice. The pool and lounge chair area is nice and relaxing. The beds, however, are more uncomfortable than any hostel I've stayed in, I had bruises from the springs poking into my back and sides all night. The staff doesn't speak any... More

Hotel does not have personality, we got a room at the second floor, no one help us to carry our luggage and without lift and with 30 degrees Celsius is not ideal. Room was clean and bed comfy. Price is reasonable. Location is good

Very nice hotel from outside but rooms are little bit dark and lights did not work, just small one! Size of the room is ok but pillows were horrible, we have used towels instead pillows. AC is not working good but the air vent was ok. Hotel has good location, walking distance from the center and you can park free... More

We here stayed for a week before heading on a tour of the Yucatan by public bus. It was a great start to our trip, we loved the town and this hotel was in a great location. Our first floor (deluxe) room was very large and had everything we needed including a safe. The rooms were cleaned daily with supplies... More
