Hotel Zaci is located right in the center of Valladolid, with lots of free parking, and very nice (large) pool, and comfortable rooms. The rooms are nothing fancy but our room was large and clean. The pool area is very pleasant and the pool was large. The grounds were lovely and well maintained, with the rooms being set around a... More

The hotel is bang smack in the middle of the town, making the majority of sites in the town just a few moments walk. And with free parking in the back the hotel is a great option for exploring further afield. The room was pretty large and had most of the things you would expect from a hotel in Mexico.... More

We arrived at Hotel Zaci around 9pm on Fat Tuesday, exhausted after a long day’s journey from Michigan and frustrated from hunting for their parking lot; which is on Calle 46. We were greeted with a smile and check-in went smoothly. I had been worried because it was Carnaval week and we had reserved our superior room with no deposit... More

The location is the best attribute for this hotel. It is almost exactly between the ADO and the main plaza. The furniture, bathroom/linens and air conditioner(it worked) in the room we had all needed replacing but for the price it was okay for 2 nights. The pool was fairly large and clean with nice seating areas. We had a room... More

... But welcome to small town Mexico. Between the three of us we mustered our broken Spanish to communicate properly and get our room and park our jeep. The rooms were clean and for a small town. The beds however were rock hard and for this regard I didn't go for excellent. The courtyard was beautiful and reminded me of... More

We stayed here for 1 night, it was an awful experience. The women at reception was unhelpful and rude. No English, and us with some espanol - however she made no attempt to write things down or use her hands etc. We have encountered many people with little or no English and have found ways to communicate. The courtyard area... More

We stayed two nights in that hotel in Mai 2014. The place is located only a few block away from the Zócalo. The parking is located on the back side of the hotel and offers enough space. The rooms were ok. Nothing special I would say. The aircondition was quite loud though. The bathroom was average. When taking a shower,... More

The hotel has a nice layout with a fountain near the front and a pool in the back. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a few blocks from the plaza while still being in a safe quiet location. Breakfast is not included. Beds are not the softest but rooms have air conditioning, hot showers, and are... From the outside, this 2-star hotel looks a bit strange, with two three-storey wings facing each other, separated by a narrow lawn courtyard (actually it looks a bit like a posh prison!). At the back, there is a curved wing with more rooms, surrounding a small pool area. The rooms are fair-sized and come with both AC and ceiling fans.... More

I've stayed at this hotel several times with a group I travel with. It's never great but it's nice. The pool and lounge chair area is nice and relaxing. The beds, however, are more uncomfortable than any hostel I've stayed in, I had bruises from the springs poking into my back and sides all night. The staff doesn't speak any... More
