This hotel is clean and very charming, the furniture and style is very colonial inspired, which we liked a lot. Staff is friendly and helpful and the location is perfect since it is located directly at the city square. Two things we did not like were that we asked for a room with a king size bed but got one... This is a lovely hotel- we really enjoyed our 3 night stay and it's a really good base for visiting Chichen Itza and the other major sights. The standard rooms are quite basic but perfectly acceptable- the deluxe rooms looked nice. The wifi works really well in the rooms and they have a nice pool. The best thing about the... More

We stopped here after a guided tour of chichen itza with a host from Cancun. Although we didn't stay in the Hotel. The restaurant was delicious. We watched our tortillas being made and the table side guacamole was quite tasty. Although our waiter didn't speak any english, it was authentic and we were had a delicious meal. It was reasonably... We found this hotel on tripadvisor and decided to book it, because it looks so charming with the patio, restaurant and pool area. We chose to stay here for 2 nights in may 2014. Upon arrival we were quickly checked in and shown to our room by a very friendly (not english speaking, though) bellboy, I believe his name was... More

The hotel is centrally located, with the restaurant side facing the main square. Although it is one of the "top hotels" in town, I found the (my) room a bit outdated. The room was big had a TV, AC, good WiFi, and big bathroom. The hotel seem to target mainly families, so there were a few kids around, sometimes taking... More

The staff at the front desk was very nice and gave us a good deal on the room. The room was large and clean and everything worked in it..AC, tv etc...The restaurant is located in the front of the building in the open patio and has a colonial era charm to it and sitting there is a very pleasant moment.... My son and I, along with a private guide, ended a day of local exploration at this restaurant. It was beautiful, food excellent, and the ability to be part of such beautiful history... priceless. Thank you for such a great afternoon!! I'll be back with friends from Florida (home for now). I've explained to them, if you go to the... More

As part of our private excursion to Chichen Itza we had the opportunity to have lunch at the hotel in this beautiful town. I was looking forward to some good local food and was not disappointed. My family and I had lunch at el meson. We started off with the homemade chips with homemade salsa. Be aware that their salsa... More

We stayed at this lovely Mexican hotel in the heart of Valladolid. Easy access to two wonderful ruins (Chicehn Itza and Ek Balam). Returned to the hotel ready to cool off. Great pool to remove the heat. Stayed in a Junior Suite with lovely airconditioning and fans. Did the trick. Staff wonderfully attentive. Clean as could be. Defintely a Mexican... More

Great location in front of the main plaza with a wonderful view of the Cathedral, very helpful staff, they let us have dinner in one of the viewing balconies (totally recomended), small rooms with old AC, but working. Close to the Zaci cenote. Nice restaurant with aunthentic mexican cousine. They have a very nice pool but closes early.
