My room was at the end of a dark area on the second floor. The room had 3 beds and a bathroom. The shower head provided great pressure. There is a large, fantastic pool in the hotel with an open roof. A restaurant is located inside the hotel as well. Also the where they provide free breakfast to guests of... More

Hotel is located right At the main square and offers free parking. Shops, attractions and restaurants are At a walking distance. Rooms are ugly and noisy needing a renovation badly. Staff is kind but uninformed about attractions . Desperatly needs new management.

The hotel is located only 2 blocks from ADO bus terminal and right at the central square Zocalo. So, you can't beat the location. The rooms are small and very average. Like your average motel 6. But everything was clean, including the bathroom. No linens were old, but clean. Again, I don't mind staying in the budget hotels since we... More

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It is right in the main plaza and a 5 minute walk from cenote zaci and ADO bus station. It has a nice restaurant and breakfast buffet at extra cost. The room was clean with a nice bed, mini fridge TV and a view of the central pool and garden. The bathrooms were... More

Worn Linens-Indifferent Front Desk-Sporadic Hot Water, but ... we keep coming back! You may have to steal a chair from the hallway, but sitting in a small balcon literally on top of the square while enjoying a copa de vino and breathing in the soul of this "Pueblo Magico" tends to put life's priorities in perspective. Food in downstairs restaurant... More

This is a budget hotel. It's okay, though, and has a nice bar and tables in the lobby. The rooms were basic but fine for a night. The airco and internet worked well. We didn't pay much, so we were fine with what we got. The morning breakfast was good with lots of Mexican choices. I liked staying on the... More

Great location on the square but very shabby tired room--thread bare linens, worn furnishings, old T.V and old small bathroom. The room was way overpriced for the quality.the buffet breakfast was cold if you didn't get there shortly after 8 but there was a good selection of food including nice fruit

Right in the middle of town, across from the park - can't be beat. We had a room overlooking the plaza; I read some complaints about noise, but I could say the same about any hotel in the the heart of any city anywhere. If you arrive by bus - don't do what we did. The hotel is 2 blocks... More

This was a great little hotel that has great character, with central location, and close to everything. It has a lovely swimming pool, and restaurant in the hotel. We had a room that overlooked the center plaza in the town. We were able to watch carnival celebrations from our small balcony on the second floor. Showers were hot, and has... More

Very central with some of the louder rooms overlooking the plaza. Most others face inwards towards the popular restaurant and somewhat exposed pool (which we didnt use). This may cause issues for some as the windows also face the courtyard, but nothing a pair of travel essential earplugs could not fix. Staff were extremely helpful (English speaking was no issue...
