This is a small inn with 8 units. It's run by a sister-brother pair who grew up in the house and named the business after their grandmother. It exudes charm, grace, privacy, comfort, and seclusion. Although it's smack in the center of Valladolid, just a1/2 block from the center square, once you're inside the walls, it feels quiet and secluded.... More

I was at Casa Tia Micha in March with my husband for our honeymoon. We have fallen in love with this place and will never forget how warm and lovely the people working there were. Yovana and Abdel have treated us like we were guest at their home so friendly and caring! The breakfast was delicious and room and bathroom very... More

This is a lovely property, with nice gardens and very good food! We ended up back there again on our return trip = the employees are super nice; it's an old home that has been converted for guests. Lovely.

I booked a 2 night stay directly with the owners, paying a deposit via paypal. The small pretty gardens are a delightful retreat, and my room was stunning. The air con was blissfully quiet, the bath was huge, and the whole property was spotlessly clean. I had a delicious dinner served at the nearby sister hotel ( just 4 doors... More

We couldn't have chosen a lovelier room for our stay in Valladolid! Located in the older wing of the establishment, our room was quiet, spacious, and well appointed with a very comfortable king-sized bed and sitting area. The complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water were much appreciated, and breakfast in the patio was deliciously delightful and filling. The wifi... More

We have a very nice stay in this guest house, we wish we could have stayed longer. People were very nice, great breakfast and big room! And the location near the center of the town is perfect. We had booked the parking for our car, just close to the hotel and private.

We had an absolutely spectacular stay at Casa Tia Micha. We had the room with the Jacuzzi, Sisal (which I highly recommend). Its in the back of the lovely little building which makes it rather private. You also have access to the nearby Casa Marlene's pool and hot tub. The service was absolutely marvelous. The breakfast each morning in the... More

We spent 2 nights in Valladolid. The hosts are charming and it can't be closer to the center of the city. Beautiful garden and nice rooms. What more can you ask ? I am asked to do a review of 200 characters, but i don't see what I could add.

One of the top 2 places we stayed during our month in the Yucatan. Rosanellie was welcoming and accommodating, the room spacious and clean, the enclosed courtyard an oasis. The traditional breakfasts were excellent. The staff was friendly, engaged, and helpful, including Yovana, Abdiel, Christian, and lent a gentle, relaxed, genuinely Mayan atmosphere. Several friends had recommended Tia Micha, and... More
