we stayed in a private room and it was good, breakfast is included and is good as well. The location is ideal being withing close walking distance to city center and the ADO bus depot, a parking within the compound is provided for those coming with their own vehicle

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS!!! Enough said. Also, don't let the "tour guide" (although I never saw anyone ever taking a tour with him) invite himself to dinner with you, unless you want an overpriced meal and an overly hands on massage where he will grope you inappropriately

Good hostel, value for money. We stayed in one of the private rooms with shared bathroom. The rooms are small and basic, but clean. The beds are a bit old though, so that can be a bit uncomfortable, but it's ok. The rooms have a good fan, so it's not too warm. Staff is ok, not specifically friendly or unfriendly.... More

Stayed here for 2 nights to visit nearby sites of Chichen Itza and Ek Balam. Hostel is located a 5 minute walk from the busstation and also to the center. The hostel has friendly staff in place, is fairly clean and the breakfast is simple, but sufficient. It has a shared area, but not especially comfortable or cosy. Same goes... More

Pretty nice place. Small but clean kitchen. Weak shower pressure and very old sheets. Wifi is ok but only one computer. Breakfast is good and there's a delicious cake shop out the front. Staff are friendly and helpful. Water available. Close to centre and shops. Watch out for Victor he likes to sing!

its not golden, its not bronze, its somewhere in between. The good things about the hostel is first, the location. its probably in one of the best Streets to be in. only 5 minutes walk away of the busstation, and the zocalo. Good restaurants in the same street if you're not on the lowbudget. But prices are still very fair.... More

We arrived late in valladolid, and found this place as the cheapest decent place to stay (there are cheaper solutions, but they did not look very reliable). Nevertheless, the region has better (and cheaper on offer) than 280 for two people in a dorm). also, although 24h reception was promised, returning from a night out (Halloween), we found the door... I certainly had a very different experience from some of the other reviewers on here. I found the place very clean with great facilities, though only one shower. The kitchen was fantastic and brekky was good. I stayed in the private that opened into the courtyard near the kitchen for US$23. The only possible issue with this room would be... More

We arrived and the found the owner working the desk so the initial reception was helpful and curteous. We stayed in the private room up the spiral staircase which was very hot, no hot water and open slats to the street, very noisy and of course no protection against mosquitos. We had too make up the bed ouselves too. The... More

We stayed in the private room above the dorms. Staff were very unfriendly, beds were uncomfy, Internet was slow, air conditioner in the room kept on making loud and annoying noises every two minutes; sounded like a car starting up! Curtains did no justice, the light poured in like it was 8 in the morning! We also had the unfortunate... More
