Clean, friendly and comfortable hotel. It's a perfect location in Valladolid, just steps away from the main center. Husband and I stayed one night and enjoyed it. We relaxed in the courtyard for an hour that night and ordered breakfast there the next morning. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is the lighting in the room was... More

We stayed five days here. Hotel is not far from the center of town (4 or 5 blocks). Room was dark without much sunlight. It has very bad smell caused by sewage from the shower room and bathroom sink. We have to cover those holes with a cup and plastic basket. Towels were very worn out. Services were not good.... More

Very nice place to spend a few days away from the beach scene. The hotel is only a few blocks away from the Central Park on a quite street. The rooms are nicely decorated and all situated around a nice court yard. The staff is friendly and helpful and the price is right. The only negative thing is that the... More

Great location just a couple blocks from the main square. A clean and spacious room with a safe and flat screen TV. But the rooms the rooms facing the street are noisy. For a light sleeper like me, it meant a poor night's sleep.

Decided to go here for our last meal in Valladolid, it's near the convent in a nice part of town. You sit in the lovely gardens to eat in this relaxing restaurant. The service was good and the food was very good too. Prrsented in a modern way on a large white plate but they offer Mayan recipes. The cost... More

I loved it ! Helpful and smiling staff ! Small pools on the rooftop if you want to get some sun. We drank beers up there without having any trouble! View on the cathedral. Larger pool in the center of the hotel. Perfect location, near the cenote Zaci and the main square. The rooms are clean and spacious. Same for... More

For a mid-priced hotel, you get a lot of bang for your buck here. The central courtyard with the swimming pool is a lovely area. There's also a nice rooftop patio with a pretty view of the cathedral. The rooms are plenty spacious, the breakfast is quite decent, and the location is perfect. You're a 2-block walk from the central... More

Family members have stayed in this hotel before, so we knew what we were getting when we reserved 2 rooms over the holidays. The hotel is an old colonial building with all the traditional architecture. The rooms - and the hotel in general - are small, but functional. The roof top area has been recently renovated and it is a... More

Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, but here is a breakdown of the pro's and con's... Pros: Location in town ( close enough to the main square to but not too close as to hear the noise) Great location on the peninsula ( good home base for cenote/ ruins day trips) Affordable Nice staff Pretty building, nice courtyard... A great value place, an easy walk from ADO; 2 blocks to the plaza principal and close to Candelaria. Typical spanish colonial building with 20+ rooms arranged around a most welcome, but small pool. Yes, it can get noisy, but that's in the nature of the place. Great rooftop chillout area where you can also take breakfast. Helpful staff, esp.... More
