My parents, my brother and I went to Hotel Maya Luna on Christmas time. Everything was great. Good food and very calm like we were just looking for. The service is very good and being in your own cabin is excellent, you really feel the privacy and you have your own beach front!! Is great that you receive pets, so... More

Comfortable cabana with breezy terasa on the roof. Beautiful pristine nature, empty beach for miles, but not great for swimming ( stones and sea grass). Very good restaurant, the owner is an excellent chef, one of the best ceviche! More

We were looking for a quiet spot to enjoy our last big vacation before our first child comes, and Maya Luna fit the bill. My wife likes her hammock time (reading a book and watching the sea) and I like to _do_ stuff, and we both had a good time here. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable, and you can... More

We stayed at Hotel Maya Luna for a few days while scuba diving in Mahahual. We arrived after dark the first night, but were immediately greeted by one of the owners and shown to our room. The room was perfect..cozy, inviting and comfortable. You can hear the ocean outside, the small waves just lap up on the shore...so peaceful. We... More

I stayed in this hotel with my mom for a couple of days, it is an amazing little hide out where you can enjoy beautiful nature, delicious food (the cook made us a fresh caught fish) and just a complete relaxing time. The appartments they offer all have a special touch to them, beds are amazingly comfortable and the private... More

I've been several times in Majahual but I've never enjoyed my stay as much as I enjoyed it in my last visit where I was staying at the Hotel Maya Luna. The cabins are equipped with every comfort and privacy, decorated simply but tastefully. The maintenance is immaculate. Its location is perfect to enjoy the breeze through the windows, listening... Imagine a quiet place at the end of the world, put there a beautiful beach with palmtrees, your own private cabana where you can feel the sea-breeze and view the sight from out of your bed if you want, outstanding! Not forget to mention the restaurant where the owners of this hotel love to cook themselves, so they serve excellent... More

For the third year in a row I've spend a week in Maya Luna. Once you've been there you want to go back. The environment is beautiful and the hotel (cabana's and restaurant) are unrivalled. Great hospitality, excellent kitchen, nice diving and massage opportunities. Everything clean and green. The guests seem to share a same set of value's (not very... More

The owners and staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. You sleep to the sound of the ocean and the feel of the breeze. The full service restaurant/bar is also on the beach. It's open and allows the ocean breeze in. The hotel is "green", so you do want to go in with a "conserve" frame of... More
