Although this hotel maintains a website, even communications in Spanish go unanswered. I've traveled in the Yucatan a fair bit so I always try to secure a room in small villages prior to departure. This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget and want to see real Mexico while visiting Cancun and the Yucatan Peninsula. $40 a night as of 2/2008. Back in November I tried to book the room on their website but I never got an answer. Apparently they don't work with Internet even though they have an email address. Anyway when you go to Coba, they will have a room for you. They don't speak a word of English, so brush your Spanish before you travel in the... more
