First impressions are lasting, the entrance to Grand Sirenis is very impressive and temple like. We were greeted with smiles and champagne. The resort architecture is a modern interpretation of classic Mayan design. The architects and interior designers really paid attention to all the details, beautiful! The grounds are expansive and beautifully maintained. There are two fabulous pools, one with... more

We were greeted with a glass of champagne upon arrival which was nice, then upon check in were informed that we had 2 dbl beds-not satisfactory. We booked over 60 days in advance and even request ocean view/partial ocean view. The resort was half full yet we were told that there was no availability for a king room which we... more

This resort is HUGE!!! Be prepared for a lot of walking, unless you upgrade (which they will push when you arrive). Don't expect a decent view (again, will need to upgrade). Don't expect to eat in all of the different restaurants - buffet only (unless, of course, you upgrade). The rooms were clean and spacious. The pools were large. Get... more

My husband and I took our daughter and her boyfriend for a week in Mexico. We arrived at the resort to be greeted with cool face cloths and a cold drink. Check in went very smooth. Our rooms were ready and we got on the shuttle and headed right there. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The maids did... more

We went with family and friends, 16 of us. What a beautiful resort this is. Read lots and lots of reviews, to help decide where to go. Glad we chose the GS. The food was much better than I expected. The pools were gorgeous and clean. The beach is where my husband and I spent most of our time while... more

This was my first vacation at an all-inclusive resort in another country. I went with my immediate family, my boyfriend, and some family friends. The parents in the group are in their 50's and the "children" are all in their 20's. We found this to be a great resort for our families. There was a wide range of people at... more

After reading reviews of this Hotel - we booked on on monday and travelled on the Wednesday - not sure what the weather was going to be like, not knowing anything about Mexico and the only thing we did know was that the Sirenis Hotel Group have great places. We arrived to be greeted with a glass of Champagne -... more

I spent so many hours looking at the tripadvisor pages before I went to Grand Sirenis I thought it would be extremely bad manners not to post a review when I came back! In a nutshell the resort was fantastic, the food was great, both in the buffet and the Al a Carte restaurants, the entertainment was varied (we didn't... more

Great trip second time..went last Agust and again this September and both times were awsome. This second trip was also nice due to the fact of only being at 40 percent capacity, found everything so nice and slow paced while still recieving the same level of service. Food was great at buffets and al la cartes with the japanese still... more

Last August was our 6th trip at the Grand Sirenis since 2006, the year they opened the resort. We have stayed at both sides, the Mayan Beach and the Riviera Maya and we like them both. I will keep this review short, as I wrote two more about the same hotel in the past and I'm running out of things... more
