Me and my boyfriend booked a 10 day holiday to this hotel for my 30th birthday, we had a great time, gorgeous food, the cocktails were wonderfull and good facilities, however the room did not feel like a 5 star, it smelt of damp, didnt have very good views and seemed shabby, more like a 3 star :( also there... This hotel is nearly perfect. the al a cartes are really good especially the Japanese. The main restaurant is of a good standard offering tbone steak every nite. The rooms are very big and very clean. Special thanks to our cleaner matilde espinosa who is a credit to the hotel. Would definitely go again but had a few minor gripes.... More

Just got back a few days ago. Our party consisted of 12 people, equal number of adults and kids alike and we all had a great time. Please note that this is a solid 4 star hotel; 5 star it definitely isn't, but then again you don't get 5 star at this price, so if its a luxury 5 star... More

I took my 14 year old granddaughter on holiday to Mexico this year and, by recommendation, booked the Grand Sirenis. The hotel itself was absolutely brilliant .....nothing out of place, always clean, walk through the grounds and always you saw gardeners, etc pruning trees or making sure that everything was tidy in the gardens. The rooms were cleaned daily to... More

Wonderful hotel and resort for families. We stayed for two weeks with another family, comprising 4 adults and 3 children (10, 10 & 7). Accommodation was excellent: clean, spacious and fully air conditioned. Beds were a little firm, but manageable. Plenty of privacy with frosted screen, no musty smell and the maid did a fantastic job of tidying our room... More

I stayed two weeks at Grand Sirenis, with my wife and three daughters aged 17, 14 and 12. This was our first visit to Mexico and I would highly recommend it. Our arrival didn't go according to plan. We arrived late due to a four hour delay and when we checked in we were allocated two rooms next to each... More

To break up the Canadian summer we decided to try something different and that was a trip to Mexico and the mayan Riviera. Our family had been to Mexico before but it had been awhile since we had been back and felt it was the right time to return. All five of us plus the inlaws headed south! We read... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here from mid June til the end of July and had a really fantastic time away. The resort itself has a plethora of different things going on, and we were always spoilt for choice for things to do. The selection of food and choice between a la carte restaurants was great, I don't think I... More

I have been to this hotel twice in two years. Once for my friends wedding and it was so good, we went back the following year. Each time the hotel has exceeded my expectations in every way shape or form. It is heaven on earth. I would honestly live at this hotel if I could. It is stunning.
