We went to the Grand Sirenis for our honeymoon in February 2014 and couldn't have chosen a better place to go. The resort was spotless, the staff were friendly, the food was excellent and the facilities were fantastic. Our concierge Olivia was very polite and helpful, particularly when we missed our honeymoon meal due to jet lag (11 hour delay... More

First time to Mexico for me & my partner (29 & 30) & can safely say we LOVED the place! Was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but can honestly say we both totally disagree with the negative comments on here! I know the hotel is 5* but I really don't know what people want that this... More

First time in Mexico for both me & my partner (29 & 30) & couldn't of wished for a better holiday! Was a little nervous at what to expect after reading a few negative reviews but completely disagree with having experienced the hotel first hand. The staff were fantastic. The concierges, maids, waiters etc could not of been anymore helpful... More

My family and I spent march break at this resort and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly and accommodating staff, not a single complaint in this area. Very clean well kept environment, family oriented. Food was great, lots of activities for family and kids, many programs, shows, etc. Highly recommended!

My wife & I stayed at the Grand Sirenis hotel in February 2014 for our honeymoon. The resort was excellent & the staff couldn't do enough for you but we certainly didn't expect to be surrounded by drunk loud students. It was extremely difficult to relax & find peace & quiet. There was blaring music just about everywhere and the... More

We stayed here March 6-13th 2014. Check in was quick and easy. Staff fairly friendly. Rooms big and clean. Mattresses are in need of replacement. The pull out was terribly uncomfortable but later in the week after they saw us put the sofa cushions on top they put a mattress topper on it. We had to put a sheet over... More

This hotel is great, at 32 acres total(I believe) it offers much exporing for 7 days of fun and sun. The beach is amazing, small but sheltered, no worries of being swept out to see . swam with sea turtles 20 feet off shore. PLEASE DO NOT STEP ON CORAL!!! it is being destroyed. I heard a rumour...a CAPTIVE DOLPHIN... More

My husband and I loved our stay here. The staff are super friendly and accomadating. My only complaint would be is that you can never find a chair by ANY pool even the members only pool where non members out number members the same problem occurs at the beach also, quite frustrating. We stayed on a first floor and had... More

If you are looking for a great place to hang with your children under 16 this resort has everything you need. We didn't bring our kids and would not go back as we would like an adults only place. We also are not all-inclusive people, it's fun to eat and drink fully for a couple of days, after that it... More
