This was our second visit to The Grand Sirenis and was again fabulous. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make sure you have a great stay. I know I will forget someone but I always forget to recognise staff when writing a Review so here we go - special thanks go to Osvaldo, Krystal, Dante and Alex... More

If you come here with the right expectations, you will have great time. Our family has been travelling to Cancun and surrounding areas for the last 10 years so we have a solid point of reference when comparing al-inclusive resorts. The one thing that makes this hotel unlike all the other Riviera Maya resorts is the beach. Do not come... More

Returned less than a week ago from Grand Sirenis in Mexico, travelling as a family with two kids. Our first impressions were not good, as the lobby could use a bit of updating, and the beach was unfortunately littered with seaweed (though we later learned this has happened elsewhere in the Caribbean this summer, so it is most likely weather-related... This was our first time to Mexico and the Grand Serenis was a fantastic hotel. The food was lovely with so much choice. David the captain of the Italian and Mediterranean restaurants was so friendly and made our meals even better. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The pools were lovely. The staff at theGrand Serenis were all friendly,... More

I wanted to mark this Hotel as "GOOD" but as trip advisor only has Average or Very Good, it gets an Average, The good points: The food, from the buffet to the al la carte resturants, were all good/ very good....special mention to the Brazillian resturant which was great.# you get 3 bookings per person per week included except the French... This was a family holiday we had booked over a year ago, and were very excited about arriving. I had previously emailed the hotel requesting a third floor suite. We were advised that the hotel would do everything it could to meet our request. Unfortunately when we arrived we were given a first floor in a very busy area, and... More

This is the second time we have visited this resort. The service was excellent. We didn't have to move to get our drinks. Thank you to the lovely Karen Barahano, our waitress, for her big smiles and for keeping us refreshed with cool drinks. The spa is second to none, especially the hydro therapy. The restaurant at the spa is... More

We have just returned from 2 weeks at the Grand Sirenis and have mixed thoughts. The holiday overall was very relaxing but I think we made a mistake in booking a hotel as large as the Grand Sirenis, there are however both positives and negatives which I will discuss below. The positives are: Our room number 2604 a junior suite... More

Our activities coordinator Dante has amazing customer service. Our waiter for the Brazilian restaurant, Eziquiel was again the sweetest waiter. Karen our relax pool waitress was such a darling. She was so attentive.
