The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The glass divider between the main room and the bathroom was a bit strange but ok. Our concierge was awful and pressured us to the extreme about the timeshare seminar. We actually had to become almost rude before he would accept the fact that we did not... More

We stayed 15th until 25th of April and had a wonderful time and met some great friendly people. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The "noisy" pools are to be avoided like the plague if a quiet relaxing holiday is what you're after. We couldn't believe the drinking games going on (tequila volleyball & down a pint in... More

I have recently visited this hotel over Christmas and new year, it was the best i honestly couldn't have expected any better! There was something to suit everyone's needs, there is different bars eg. quite, loud.. and there is a night club too which was brilliant! There are lots of different restaurants that are all included too such as an... More

Hotel very large not for the older traveler alot of walking involved also alot of young drunk french and American students like it here encouraged by the entertainment team with pool drinking games! Avoid if your want a relaxing pampering holiday. The rooms are large with two double beds in and a sofa a bit dated but clean. Bathroom does... More

The Grand Sirenis is our favorite relaxing vacation. The people & service are fantastic and the food is wonderful. It's a great place for fun, relaxation and activities. It's not a place for big party people. We love the spa, parasailing, swimming with the Dolphins (Liz, Gejo & Ethos), bike tour, snorkeling off the beach, all the amazing restaurants (Roman,... More

I really can't even understand the bad reviews on this hotel. we didn't have a bad word to say. the rooms were huge and very luxurious, the mini fridge was filled ever day with beer, soft drinks and water.. The al a carte restaurants were amazing and our favourite was the Brazilian. We even swam with the dolphins which are... More

Stayed here Jan 2015 for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a very large complex and fortunately we were able to stay on both sides. Our first room was next to the pool which you had to walk along the covered walkway to get to. The first few days were amazing then we had a group of holiday makers... More

In terms of the resort design, location, beach and amenities, the Gran Sirenis is arguably one of the best all-inclusive resorts on the Mayan Riviera. For snorkellers and scuba divers...I would rank this as one of the better places to stay. This said, the service and management of this hotel could be vastly improved...they could learn a thing or two... More

April 16-23rd 2015 was are family of 5 stay. We're were greeted upon arrival with a warm generous vip welcome. We had our own personal concierge to show us around, help us book excursions, and call if we needed anything. Our rooms were clean, upto date, comfortable and spacious. We were on the ground level, which did get very noisy... More

We have come to this area of Mexico on several other occasions but stayed in a different resort. We came here as part of a multi-family vacation (17 of us) booked by another family member. This resort is a long way from the airport. The rooms are spacious and set around the resort in large complexes. That is the main... More
