We stayed at the Coba for a week, July 21 to July 28, 2007 and had a fantastic experience. We do an all inclusive once a year at minimum, and have visited this part of Mexico frequently. This was one of the best resorts we have stayed at. We found the staff very friendly and accomidating. The food was excellent... More

Loved this place. Great for couples and families. Great having access to three hotels all in one resort as you could sample different pools, beach, entertainment and restaurants. Mini train service gets you around the huge resort and was lots of fun running every few minutes! Beach was lovely with white sand and clear blue water with plenty of sun... More

We chose this resort specifically for it's size and facilities. We wanted somewhere where it wasn't goundhog day everytime you wanted to eat or drink and the Bahia Principe Riviera Maya doesn't disappoint there! We booked with Thomas Cook online and as mentioned elsewhere were initially confused to be dropped off at Coba, as the website only said Tulum. This... More

I went to the Gran Bahia Coba Last April (2006) with my mom, step father and younger sister. I had a excellent first time in Mexico. I will just discuss off the common topics. The front desk service was only ok, very slow at times with line ups to get money exchanged or book a la carte dinners. I didn't... More

Booked my reservation at the Oasis Cancun. They had major issues with their rooms. The front desk, who are very nice but overworked, was very nice in sending my family to another Resort. Yes, the Bahia is 1 hour away but was so worth it. Rooms were so roomy and cozy. Jacuzzi Spa tub. Food excellent!!

My boyfriend and stayed at the Coba July 15-22, 2007. We flew Air Transit from Vancouver and arrived at the hotel at approx. 5:30pm. Check in was quick and easy and we were promptly taken to our room with our luggage. The rooms were as everyone has stated, clean, spacious, and big. Our overall experience was great. The staff was... More
