This is an great hotel. Very little English spoken, rates posted, Beautiful Cathedral (pretty bell, (take some ear plugs) and plaza next door, Economical roomy hotel with very basic resturant ,great for mexican style breakfast. Next door is a nice local canteen, men only. It is a culture thing, women are not allowed in many saloons. Taking my wife this spring for friends daughters 15th birthday, big cultural event. She is going to flip over the shopping in the plaza. Find the Marlin Resturant outstanding world class good prices. You will see no/few Americans here. The real Mexico. The people were nice, if you are respectful as you should be. more
