Imanta required an excessive $6,500 deposit for a 5 night stay in off season (late Sept). As it turns out, there were 2 hurricanes in Mexico (Norbert & Odile) and other bad storms in mid Sept, so my Fiancée' and I decided to not take a chance with our Honeymoon and to go to Hawaii instead. We gave them ample... More

Service, restaurant, place, cleanliness... There is nothing more to say than admit this place is a paradise on earth. Either for a gastronomic romantic diner or a perfect day at the perfect beach. I will definitely go back

We recently took a 3-night jaunt to Imanta when we discovered that we had the coverage to do a childless getaway. I was looking for something totally relaxing, quite, and pampering and Imanta fit the bill. I found it by searching the Relais & Chateaux website, an organization whose seal of approval has never let me down. The resort is... More

My wife and I returned to Imanta for our second visit in May 2014 (our first visit was December 2013) and had an absolutely exceptional experience. The resort is a small with something like a total of 12 villas and they are built into the jungle in a way that makes them blend wonderfully into the landscape. The property is... More

If you are looking for an intimate stay at one of the most romantic hotels in Mexico, Imanta is for you. We just spent 3 nights at Imanta Resort and could not have asked for more. We were greeted by Akis, the GM, as we arrived. later, we were sought out by Alex, Sales Manager. Wonderful hosts at this 12... More

We stayed in Tayua. The casita is on the ocean with it's own very large pool. Very private and listening to the waves during our slumber made us sleep 9+ hours which never happens! Breakfast is included with your room. Whether you dine in the restaurant or have it delivered so that's very nice. I'm a heels kind girl. I... More

Manager Akis Neocleous and his staff take a setting out if paradise and make it even more. Such service is rarely found. The food is worth the trip alone. Everything as fresh as can be and prepared as you want and at prices quite reasonable. More than exceeded my expectations in every way. By far the most totally relaxing place... More

This place is a dream. Beautiful very low key resort situated on a private beach in the middle of a rain forest. Not your typical resort and not for anyone that wants a cruise ship resort feel. Amazing staff, who are attentive but invisible. Food is incredible and the setting is spectacular. I can't recommend more. If you are looking... More

My boyfriend and I came here for 6 nights to celebrate my 30th birthday. It was our first vacation together as a newer couple, and we felt so lucky! It was a perfect place to get close, literally & figuratively. What to say. So much. We rented a car which may not have been that much cheaper than the hotel's... More

Is that eventually other people will learn about it. In my effort to keep this gem a secret, I will not talk about the villas (which are large, airy, beautiful and modern). I will not talk about the staff (which is caring, friendly, attentive and omnipresent). I will not talk about the beach (which is private, peaceful, well situated). I... More
