We just got back from a trip to the Royal Suites Punta Mita. We were there from March 22-31. We had an excellent vacation. My husband and I are younger than their average crowd, but we fit right in. We arrived after a ridiculous flight experience, and we were late. Luis at the front desk took great care in checking... More

Booked in for a one week getaway over spring break with some friends. We don't have kids, so were looking for a quieter, all-inclusive experience. Overall: Excellent resort! Clean, relaxing, good food, no issues at all Food/Restaurants Overall, the food was good...not great. We ate at the Punta de Mita Restaurant and 3 of the restaurants on the Palladium side... More

In our 50's we traveled with our grown children (28 and 32) and my wife's sister and her grown (ex-marine) son...a really fun group. The resort grounds were beautiful...lucious greenery (true gungle-looking anyway), featuring shady nature trails with labeled plants and a zoo with several interesting tropical animals. Rooms were above average with large comfortable beds and in-room jacuzzis, flat... More

OMG! What an amazing resort! Second time there and we were not disappointed. We were treated like royalty, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was immaculate with the very best managers and servers. The food was absolutely wonderful. (in all restaurants on the resort) The pools, spa and entertainment was the best we've seen. There was one... More

First off, the Royal Suites has a separate lobby from the Palladium. We happened to know this by reading other TA reviews, but could have easily stood in a lengthy line at the Palladium where we were dropped off until we got to the desk and would then be told we were at the wrong place. Why doesn't someone meet... More

My husband and I spent 7 glorious nights at The Royal Suites. Our Concierges Brisa & Sebastian were amazing and they made sure that we were well taken care of with our dinner and tour reservations! We are members of their Travel Club and love the friendliness of everyone at both resorts. I love that this side was Adults only,... More

Let me start off by saying this is not our first, second or even third trip to Mexico but first to this resort Like many people we took the time to read the reviews about the resort. For the most part the reviews were great the ones that were not we kind of thought "well some people are harder to... More

My husband and I were there February 15 to 22. We arrived and waited inline go get checked in only to find out that as we were not there for the Palladium (the family side) and had to go for a short walk to the check in for the Royal Suites. Check in was smooth and we arrived in our... More

The Royal Suites is a small, adults-only addition adjacent to the much larger Palladium resort. We stayed at the Royal Suites for 2 weeks, starting Jan 23 15. With only 96 rooms and 4 master suites, it’s not crowded, there are no lineups, and we received excellent service from at the restaurant and bars, and excellent concierge service for reservations...
