Love being in a place that feels like home. Employees provide a warm service. Loved my housekeeper and restaurant staff showing their appretiation. Piano music at the lobby in a relaxing environment. Definately will return. I recommend the junior suites (corner).

I stayed here for business the hotel is old but well kept. My room was on the first floor and infront of the piano palying music for the lobby... Very bad room... No sleep until the music stopped. TV in the room is old. Bathroom was ok but also a little old. The gym had only ONE functional treadmill and... More

First time staying in this hotel and all I have to say is that they have great service overall and I truly recommend the restaurant-cafe by night. Also you should try the chilaquiles in the morning buffet.

Charming open center atrium style with a staff that are extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the service very friendly and attentive. The live keyboardist in the evenings is a seriously good musician and provides a very nice atmosphere for dinner, particularly a business dinner. The staff were quick to find a staff member... More

This is a very nice hotel the style is very conserved, but the rooms are very very good, very clean, the badroom is very big and very luxury, the breakfast buffet is spectacular they have some things to eat and the waiters are very kind, and the price is very good is not that expensive.

The Marriot Hotel is a nice hotel and it has it's normal standard of great beds, sheets and pillows. The hotel breakfast buffet is average at best. The service is good. We were with a group and had ordered meals in a seperate room that was private. The food served was substandard and despite our inquiries it never improved. We... More

Where do I even began... After a long car ride we finally arrived expecting to relax but it became our nightmare. Elevator does not work, no door in shower, DIRTY OLD towels, MOLD in shower, old rooms, rats in dining area, music plays since breakfast time @ 8:30 until after dinner 10:30 pm good luck if your trying to sleep.... I'm pretty satisfied with the service, the people from front desk treat me very nice, comfortable beds and great food. At morning I enjoy the piano music and had the best chilaquiles I ever had.I also found interesting the cocktail they have in the evening. Good hotel.

Once again a went to torreon and stayed in Marriott, the hotel is better than last time, they are doing a great job with the staff service, the doorman recognized me as soon I entered the hotel, the front desk manager asked if I wanted the same room I had the last time. The rooms are still great, and the... More

II stayed there in a business trip. I was arriving late (11 30 pm), so the least you can expect for a Marriot is to have a decent room service. First of all, there was no room service menu at the room. So, I called the room service and asked the most basic meal: a club sandwich. I waited for... More
