This Crowne Plaza is the best I have ever stayed at. The hotel is almost brand new, impressive lobby, very nice bar with happy hours every night, great choice of drinks, restaurant is good as well, breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of choice. I have been staying at the Crowne Plaza Torreon since it opened, and have over 80 nights at this hotel, as I am a frequent business traveler to Torreon. This is alway my preference, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. I used to book it online on the ICH hotels... more

I regularly travel to Torreon on business and am quite pleased with this hotel. The service is excellent and has all the right amenities. Sometimes the live bar band is a little loud, therefore I always get rooms above the 6th floor, away from the atrium. They have a great breakfast buffet. more
