I had the opportunity to stay at this amazing eco friendly hotel on my last trip to Valle de Bravo. I have read some reviews about it and because it was the closest to my friends house I decided to stay in "La Peña" (I believed the area where the hotel is located is called this way) I really loved... I went there for a business trip. So, I didn't have to pay the bill. The price is medium high. Around usd 400 per night per couple Anyway, I was delighted by the design, the lake view, and all the amenities. The staff was very polite. The food was just OK. I think because my company arranged a fixed menu... More

Excellent service, the rooms are awesome with a warm pool inside with a great view to the lake. Everything it's perfect and peaceful. All the people that works in the hotel have the best attitude and are very kind. The hotel has a lot of amenities like temazcal and massages. Great experience in a magical place.

It's a place where you can enjoy a great view. Great for couples. You'll enjoy the big room with a lake-view jacuzzi inside. A waterfall sound helps you enjoy the room better. Spa is great. Food is ok and it's a little far from downtown but it's a great place to visit.

It is the worst hotel that you can find in Mexico. You won't have hot water. You have to sleep in wet beds because is raining inside the room. Furniture is old. Smell is terrible. Service is horrible. Price is very very high. You shouldn't stay in this hotel.

We booked 3 nights but we left in two. We booked the presidential Suite here for 1000 dollars a night for the six of us and it is nothing like how they sell it on their web site or by phone. My wife made a point of calling prior to consult with concierge to arrange certain activities for all of... More

Excentric, zen design is beautiful - but it has not aged well. If you want zen luxury, go to Banyan Tree in Riviera Maya or Cabo Marques. This is an overpriced mistake: dirty obsolete rooms, poor upkeep overall, cold in-room waddle pools, juraissic TVs, no remote, dirty menus in restaurant, stagnant water in landscape pools, no locks on glass balcony... Beautiful location, perfect weather incredible views....sounds like the perfect place. When you pay close to 600 USD a night you expect to be in a place with a second to none service, cleanliness, maintenance. We choose a master suit because we stayed with our daughter and wanted the space to be more relaxed. The room was dirty! (Cigarette buts, dirt,... More

This hotel is very expensive. The advertising and the webpage promise a lot but the property leaves much to be desired. There is no elevator on the property -by design- so a lot of walking is required. If you forget something in your room is very uncomfortable. When you arrive you notice that in the past they used golf carts... More
