My wife and myself had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. We are used to stay in boutique hotels which are small and attention is great. So for this hotel that's the right description, you are welcomed by the owners and help you to enjoy your stay at this remote location. The hotel is in the middle of the... More

A large weekend house turned to a small hotel where each room is unique. The decoration is tasteful, the breakfasts are good, and the place is tended to personally by the owners, who are wonderful company and have excellent recommendations for activities in both Valle de Bravo and Avándaro. The views of the nearby forest are awesome, the dogs are... More

We spent 24h wonderful hours at Las Luciernagas. We were in La Cima, a great room with jacuzzi, the bed was the best we ever slept in, the view was great (just like back home in France), the welcoming was excellent, the house in itself looks great, ... Everything was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was absolutely perfect (colours, lights,... More

Nice hotel of nice owners with a beautiful garden. Especially we liked the jacuzi in the morning or evening. Room was nice though a little small. You require an own car, to Valle de Bravo town centre it is a 20-30 trip. We were really satisfied and would definetally return.

Las Luciernagas is a beautiful, relaxing place to stay just outside the main part of Valle de Bravo. It was a bit tricky to find, but once we made it there, Juan Carlos made us feel right at home. All weekend, he made sure that we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The decor at Las Luciernagas is... More

The hotel is very beautiful and everything in the room are so delicate and pretty. The service is nice and very attentive. And the owner of the Hotel is so friendly and you can get great advices about the travel, restaurantes, nice places to go in that area from him. I will go back there to escape crowded Mexico City.

Speaking about Valle de Bravo everything is cool, ok but this place really depicts the meaning of that: Quiet, nice, relaxing, well attended, close to the nature, mainly for couples the weather can be cold or warm depending on the season you go, but they have hearth, the breakfast (very good btw) it's included in the bill.. and also you... We stayed at the Las Luciernagas for two nights and wished we had the time to stay a lot longer. The grounds, views and the hotel itself are stunningly beautiful and the staff could not do enough to help us. We ate one night in the restaurant where the owner Juan Carlos cooked for us. The food was amazing and... More

Fantastic place. We spent our 2 evenings there just sitting by the fire, chatting. Didn't see much of our hosts but I prefer it that way. Juan very kindly booked us some horseriding. The place is beautiful and very clean. It's a short taxi to the centre and we found the breakfast to be a bit lacking and that is... More

Las Luciernagas – a little piece of Heaven on Earth! An incredibly lovely place in a beautiful, tranquil setting. It’s well kept up, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and well-appointed. In the La Cima suite every need has been anticipated: dishes/microwave/mini-fridge/coffee maker in the room, a DVD player and flat-screen TV and a variety of DVDs to choose from, free Wi-Fi,... More
