We stayed 10 days in this beautiful small hotel. It is 1 block from the zocalo (main square) and within walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops, galleries, artisan market and the lake front. The room was immaculate (although our room faced the street and was a little noisy from cars and the school across the street). The staff (English speaking) was very kind and helpful. There is a central lovely shaded courtyard with beautiful lush trees and potted plants. Breakfasts in the courtyard on the weekend were delicious! The hotel is such a terrific bargain compared with the fancy hotels that are so far out of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone; families and couples alike. more
