This was the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. It has improved offering more information at the desk, tourist maps and tours of the region. The food in the restaurant is much better. They now offer two towels and extra blankets and pillows in each room. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. It is very quiet and... More

This "Boutique hotel" is nicely and colourfully decorated in the indigenous style, it has ample rooms surrounding a nice courtyard full with different kinds of plants and curious dog statues. The service is attentive and they take your car to their parking lot, but you get it back quickly when you need it. It is within walking distance of the... More

Your eyes are delighted with the beautiful courtyard filled with gorgeous bright colored flowers and trees, shrubs artistically arranged. The colors of the building says hola from Mexico. The suite was large and very clean and accommodating. The staff is excellent and very helpful. There is a small restaurant on the premises. If you are looking for a relaxing, charming... More

The location is great--just a few blocks from the zocalo and on a very quiet street. There is a police station next door that starts the day at 8 AM by playing bugles so if you want to sleep past that time, you won't like it. 8 isn't early for me so I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the music. Everything you... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. It is quiet except for the bugle and drums early in the morning from next door and some loud opera in the afternoon. Really a delightful facility with friendly staff and a very good restaurant. Beautiful and relaxing roof top terrace. We liked this place more than we liked... More

My charming and lovely wife of 40 years just spent a week at this beautiful, quiet, and charming hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location, in my opinion was great. Two blocks from the plaza made it quiet and safe. The Police Station was right next door. The Staff was world Class. They quickly learned our names and... More

This is a nice option if you are in the wonderful town of Tlaxcala. But beware, not all the rooms are as advertised. We were there on a busy weekend and were given what I'm sure is the worst room in the hotel. No view, staff walking by your window all the time, so no privacy, and no Wifi. But... More

Small, well maintained hotel close to almost everything in the centro historico of Tlaxcala. Staff was helpful, our room was very clean. Good wifi signal. Plenty of hot water. The beds were not very comfy, lighting was dim. The restaurant was inflexible about early coffee service. The breakfasts were ordinary at best.

We spent a night in this hotel in a standard room. The location is quite central, at 2 minutes from the zocalò. The staff was very nice with us and the breakfast was very good. On the other side, our room was dark since the building is antique.
