My wife and I have stayed at this hotel once or twice a year for eleven years running. We love it. It is small but extremely well run. The people are gracious and helpful. The location is great - five minutes to the pyramids. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. And the food is good. The cost is also... More

The rooms are big and we had a great patio with chairs and an umbrella, Everything was super clean. The restaurant food was great. I only got Wi-Fi in the restaurant and lobby, but that was fine with me. I came to vacation not spend my time on-line. I found the beds to be a bit hard, but that is... More

Big, clean room and bathroom. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. For visiting the Teotihuacan site it couldn't be better placed for an early start. We were disappointed with the evening meal, the service wasn't that good. We didn't have breakfast, but we did have coffee which was good. We would recommend it for a night or two,... More

We stayed at Hotel Quinto Sol for 2 nights and the room was cleaned. However, the wifi was down during our visit. Even thought the staff advised us to use their computer in the lobby, the computer had no Internet access as well! We have been traveling in Mexico for 3 months and we need to reserve a hotel room... This hotel is like none other. Some rooms have a balcony where you could have a party for 25 persons. Without being cramped. Be sure to request a room with this balcony. By the way, it faces the pool which makes for great entertainment. (but not in January when it is cold). We ate 3 times at the hotel restaurant... More

My wife and I had a great time. We walked to the piramids in about 25 minutes from the hotel. We did this 3 times! They were awesome. We only stayed a week and did a few tours. Tipping is a major in Mexico. Be sure to tip well and you will be taken care of. The hotel rooms were... More

Came here after a week in Puebla and a day in Mexico City with a volunteer group. Of all the hotels I've stayed in on my trip, Quinto Sol was where I had my best experience. Conveniently near the Pyramids by Gate 1 which is a 5 minute taxi drive away (you could probably walk to it in 15 minutes..depending... More

We stayed here for one night on a whistle-stop trip to Teotihuacan. Firstly, be warned: the blurb says it is right outside the gate to the ruins, which is true BUT it is a private gate so you still have to take a cab to the ruins entrance. The hotel is friendly enough and spotlessly clean. The rooms are nice... More
