An older building, showing its age. Hallways are dark and uninviting. Problems with the reservation. The first room was quite depressing. The walls needed a good coat of paint, the curtains didn't close properly and the AC was old and noisy. Moved to a different room the second day and it was in better shape. However, amenities were missing (soap,... More

Worth the money! Very good hotel but it's far from the beach.

I stayed one night in February 2012, on business. The property was OK but not what I've come to expect from the NH chain after staying at their properties in Mexico City and Guadalajara. The wireless service was fine, as was breakfast, but there was 2-3 cms of water in the hallway on the 3rd floor that I had to... More

Dear guest, we really apreciate your comments: We will make every effort to renovate the facilities you mention. With respect to water in the hallway that you said. That night was a gropu of students on site. In one on the rooms (317) one of them broke a fire device (sprinkler) wich caused that this is activated, that's wy in... More

My experience as a customer here was rendered excruciating by the problems I had with my reservation. I had booked and payed with travelocity.com (where I have had no previous problems) and the hotel didn't have my reservation. Even though I had printed confirmation they wouldn't honor it immediatly and it took over a week for me to get a... More

Not good hotel. Windows do not open. Towels are very old. The rug in bathtub with mold. The breakfast is not good. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel clean but you have to insert your key once in the room to get power for ac on. Rooms hot after a hot day at work. 2nd night there returned to find hot room (of course) no towels (toale) and it took them 45 minutes to get me towels...by the way they do not have washcloths. There is Best... More

Chosing the NH in Coatzacoalcos was a very bad choice. Since we made reservation through the web site and got a cheaper price, the staff gave us the worst room: the carpet was smelly and with spots that revealed a recent flow; our window was next to the parking so car’s lights illuminate our room all night long; there was... The hotel is functional, but I am rather surprised that some consider it the best there is in Coatzacoalcos. Plusses: It is clean, in a good location, and has a friendly and courteous staff, as well as a good wireless internet connection in every room. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. There is a direct shuttle to and... More
