Hotel clean but you have to insert your key once in the room to get power for ac on. Rooms hot after a hot day at work. 2nd night there returned to find hot room (of course) no towels (toale) and it took them 45 minutes to get me towels...by the way they do not have washcloths. There is Best... more

Chosing the NH in Coatzacoalcos was a very bad choice. Since we made reservation through the web site and got a cheaper price, the staff gave us the worst room: the carpet was smelly and with spots that revealed a recent flow; our window was next to the parking so car’s lights illuminate our room all night long; there was... more

The hotel is functional, but I am rather surprised that some consider it the best there is in Coatzacoalcos.
