Hotel clean but you have to insert your key once in the room to get power for ac on. Rooms hot after a hot day at work. 2nd night there returned to find hot room (of course) no towels (toale) and it took them 45 minutes to get me towels...by the way they do not have washcloths. Chosing the NH in Coatzacoalcos was a very bad choice. The hotel is functional, but I am rather surprised that some consider it the best there is in Coatzacoalcos.
