The people in the hotel is really very nice, very friendly. Everything is ok. Staying for business in Coatzacoalcos Fiesta Inn was great. Unfortunately there is a big black point: the hotel is not able to give working room keys (cards). Every evening after a long working day you go to your room to find that your room card cannot... Considering the city and the middle level of the hotels is a good hotel and it's good for a long stay. It's near to more commercial centers and has a good sea view. Very good and rich the breakfast but for lunch and dinner menù is repetitive

The rooms are equipped with pretty cheap furniture and minimal decor as befits the budget stance but they did not skimp on the mattress which for me was great and I slept like a baby. The bathroom is similarly functional rather than luxurious. Access control lifts with key cards does not work so anyone can access any floor, which counts... More

Nice hotel, improvement was being completed when i was there .. a new computer center. All in all a good place will be staying for 3 months next year. Swimming pool small, freindly staff and reasonable food and drink.

It is always necessary to improve the care, services and prices, especially as the collection account. The efficiency and regularity in the room and cleaning needs to improve. The Hotel Fiesta INN in this reform and the access card to the rooms are always presenting faults, being necessary to return to conference to reprogram them. Best regards, Samir.

We traveled with family and decided to stay a couple of nights based on photos, and Fiesta Inn seemed like a good place. It is however not for vacations. The pool is small and the pool area is not as nice as pictured by the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, and I'm sure it is good for business... More

This is a nice clean and relatively new hotel. Staff are good and friendly and most speak English. The location is perfect. Right on the malecon with many rooms having at least side view of the ocean. Rooms are a bit small, and there is no fridge in the room. There is a good swimming pool (outdoors). Overall, I would... The hotel is very well located close to the beach, shopping centers and night life, but it is quiet enough for a good night sleep. Rooms are a bit smaller than other Fiesta Inn that I have stayed but not for that less comfortable. The only problem I had was that the hotel temperature was too warm in all areas... More

This property seems almost geared towards the international traveler. This is a good thing, since most of the staff speaks English. The rates were good and the location is not bad. This is a petroleum town, so tourist thing is out of the question. There is not much to do in this town except business. The airport is about 30... More

I recently stayed at the Fiesta Inn in Coatzacoalcos while on a business trip to Cosoleacaque. The inn is located across the highway from the Gulf of Mexico and is a 30 minute drive to Minatitlan. The staff did an excellent job making my stay enjoyable. Check in was efficient and timely. (I was in my room within 10 minutes... More
