Sorry we are belatedly writing the review, we had a death in the family, shortly after our return. We vsited for 3 weeks in Feb/March. It is a beautiful house and lush garden estate, truly de-luxe. Emile and Alix are gracious hosts, breakfast on the terrace was a daily delight. The uphill site, while away from all the town hubbub,... More

Very nice property, nice breakfasts ,a bit hilly location if not use to walking a lot or of a older age group. The owners should never talk about their guests in a negative way with other guests very unprofessional. As well continually the owner talked about her 2nd job that was not very interesting for us tourists, it was always... More

We stayed at this gorgeous B and B for a month and we felt it was like our home; didn't want to leave! The property is quite magnificent with all the facilities anyone could ask for. Alix and Emile were wonderful hosts and could not do enough for us. Lovely cooked breakfasts were served every morning on the terrace overlooking... More

I loved just about anything at this gem of a B&B. The location....far enough away from any noisy interferences from the town center...but an easy stroll to the center and the lake promenade! The breakfast was outstanding....every morning a different egg dish, always a variety of freh tropical fruit, granola, breads, joghurt and more. A special thank you to Emile and... More

II am almost two months late writing this due to the lack of a computer. Finally I get to tell everyone how nice this inn is. We visited for two days once we arrived in Mexico and before we moved to our rental. Two days was far too short a time. The place is lovely with stunning views of the... More

Hola! Casa Tres Leones is advertised as a "Luxury Bed & Breakfast" and this is no exaggeration.   The grounds are lush, flowering, fragrant, meticulously clean and well trimmed.  The birds are melodious. The starry nights are daunting from the Mirador Suite rooftop. Breakfasts are delicious.  The service is high quality, reliable and swift.  The views of lake and mountains are... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks at Casa tres Leone. Alix and Emile were so welcoming and accommodating. The B & B itself is a lovely place to relax after our days of exploring. Would highly recommend this B & B for anyone who enjoys beautiful surroundings and beautiful views.

Stayed with my parents and fiancé. Both Alix and Emile made us feel at home the second we walked in. Great breakfast and beautiful view from the porch. The pool is clean and surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. Everything was great, I can't wait to go back!

Our team came from different parts of the Americas and were so thrilled with the reception they received at Tres Leones. It was the perfect setting for the meeting we had planned. We couldn't have imagined a nicer place. Breakfast was delicious and the views were beautiful. Alix and Emile are greacious host and made us feel like it was... More

Peaceful, scenic surroundings. Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Warm hospitality. Alix and Emile really make you feel at home. Get up early and take in the stunning sunrise over Lake Chapala from the rooftop patio. Have a delicious, full breakfast on the veranda overlooking the exquisite pool and gardens with Lake Chapala and Sierra Madre in the background. Take a relaxing stroll... More
