Clean, secure and lovely gardens all around the hotel. A true oasis setting! Guillermo and Carmen are great hosts. The restaurant-bar next door operated by their daughter Esmeralda and son-in-law Carlos is one of the best in the local area. I really like their new facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/HotelJardinesBaja

Wow....what a nice surprise! It is a clean, well taken care of hotel. The garden is beautiful, the restaurant offers great food, superb baja wines and all for $75. (Room, food, wine). It is charming and will be on our SQ hotel for future trips. We have stayed at the other other ones....never again.

We had some trouble finding the place. It is at the south end of San Quintin and marked by a billboard on the right hand side of the road. Turn right at the billboard and follow the dirt road to a fork, turn left and you will find it. Beautiful grounds. The girl at the front desk spoke English and... More

Driving north we needed a break, we didn't have a reservation and just tried our luck. Really off the beaten path (2-3 miles from the highway in the middle of an agricultural area). Cleanest hotel I ever stayed in! Comfy beds in a huge room - good TV & Wi-Fi, great price! The landscaping and gardens are beautiful, you can... More

Awesome place, rooms are super clean and the whole place is kept really nicely. Rooms might be a bit more than others in the area but it is quite worth it. Make sure you venture out to El Viejo Molino, about 10 mins away on the bay, great food and great views!

Really lovely little hotel just outside of San Quitin. We didn't have a reservation and just turned up, thankfully they had a room for us for the night. They had two options for a double room, one was 100pesos more than the other: we went for the cheaper one and it was huge! We had two massive double beds and... More

We have stayed at Jardines many times on our way to and from baja Sur. They are pet friendly, and the the staff always remembers us. The grounds are beautiful and the resterraunte has wonderful food and a wonderful staff as well as friendly clientele. We plan our trips to include stopping here and enjoy it very much.

We were planning to only stay here one night, as a rest stop on our way down to Baja California Sur (BTW, where does the very incorrect term "The Baja" come from? It is wrong! The name of the state is Baja California, NOT "The Baja". End of geography lesson) but we found it so peaceful and relaxing that we... More

Hotel Jardines is the best small hotel in Baja. I have been there 6-8 times. I always arrive after nightfall and must drive down a dark road; than in the middle of nowhere, appears a Paradise, as beautiful as the Beverly Hills Hotel. Some of the best landscaping I have ever seen. Pet friendly. Very secure with 24/7 guard &... More
