What a fabulous place, a six room villa perched on top of a hill in the middle of the magical Guadalupe Valley. The rooms are all well appointed and very comfortable, if the option is available definitely grab a room with a balcony! You walk down to the beautiful pool and hot tub and hear nothing but a slight breeze... More

This villa is located an hour south of the border from San Diego, and is in the heart of the Mexican wine country. The villa is part of the Vena Cava Winery. There are only 6 individually decorated suites- with amazing views of the vineyard. Have been there 3 times, and I request one of the two king rooms at... More

Only 6 rooms but you get to meet other guests. The rooms are all the same size with a king bed and modern bath. The rooms all have views of the valley and either a Juliet balcony or a deck. The charming owners are usually on site and the staff are also very helpful. Diane set up some private wine... More

Our first night's dinner was in Corazon de Tierra - the on-site restaurant. Supposedly it was a 6-course dinner with wine pairings, but I swear there were more courses. It was a terrific meal with each portion appropriately sized and every one delicious. Some plates from the land and some from the sea. The rooms were sizable and comfortable; ours... More

This is the only place to stay in el Valle De Guadalupe. Gracious staff, amazing cuisine, and quaint surroundings. The common areas, and landscape on the large property are well kept and beautiful! Be sure to dine in their restaurant on the property, it is world class!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The first night, we ate dinner at Corazon de Tierra and had a wonderful dinner with wine pairing. The food was all freshly prepared with many local ingredients and was very healthy. Diane at the Inn set up a schedule for us for the next two days. We visited... More

Great place for a relaxing stay. Staff is excellent - friendly, helpful and welcoming. The ambiance is homey. Surrounding landscape is beautiful as is the Inn. It was great to be able to walk to dinner at Corazon de Tierra as opposed to driving at night on the dirt roads. Breakfasts were very good with a start of yogurt, granola,... More

Warm, friendly, home-like atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed yet intimate. The staff, owners, and pets are are incredibly friendly. And the restaurant next door is fantastic (though it would be nice to have an a la carte dinner option as opposed to the pricey six course prix fixe).

Four of us just returned from a mid week stay at the beautiful La Villa del Valle (B&B) in the Guadalupe Valley. This is the fourth time that we have stayed at La Villa and the first time that we experienced the superb cuisine at the El Corazon de la Tierra restaurant, which is on the premises. In a word,... We've been twice and each visit was all around amazing. The location and views are beautiful, the guest rooms are comfortable and elegant, and the food and wine is such a treat. Everything from the library and giant fire place, to the guest service and grounds is impeccable and designed for utmost comfort. Most of the food and the grapes... More
