The design of the inn is beautiful, and I loved the art work scattered about the property. The property itself is very secure so the rooms don't have locks, which is really nice because you don't have to keep track of a key. The staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the very detailed information... More

We just got back from the Valle de Guadalupe, and the Adobe Guadalupe hotel was one of the reasons why we loved it so much! The hotel looks like a small hacienda in the vineyards, and is really beautiful. What I really liked is that the owners still live there, and therefore it has a certain "homey' feel. For example,... Stayed here two nights while wine tasting and dining across Valle de Guadalupe. A gorgeous, elegant villa-hacienda-home with just 5-6 rooms. The owner and staff are onsite, and while they are discreet, there is much behind the scenes care underway to ensure you feel welcomed, privileged and taken care of. We had a VIP wine tasting followed by a six... More

I came to Adobe Guadalupe as part of an organized wine tour with D’Paseito this month. The grounds are very lovely and there is a very trendy food truck with food to compliant the wine. We did do a private tasting at in the Inn (Separate building) and I felt some of the wine was a hit and miss. We... More

We just returned from this wonderful place and can't wait to go back! It was a gift from our doughtier and son-in-law and completely surprised us. I had never heard of this valley of wineries, but it is an amazing adventure. There are many places to stay, but I would certainly go back to this home away home, with breakfasts... More

If you can bring friends and rent several rooms, it will be like having your own villa. Otherwise can be too quiet. Take a walk to see the stables, horses are friendly. There is a restaurant right behind it that is perfect for lunch, sitting next to the vineyard looking at the wines. Warm enough to lay out by the... More

This was our first trip to Valle. We scheduled it for a special occasion in December. It was during our very rainy season. When we arrived at Adobe we were instantly greeted by a young lady who knew our names and gave us a tour. The grounds were lovely. She took us to our room and brought my husband and... More

We did not view the Inn...just the wine tasting room and patio...the wine was decent and the atmosphere was relaxed. Nice facility to visit. This was 1 or 4 wineries we visited this day. All were easy to find and close to where we stayed in Ensenada.

The reputation of this hacienda exceeds the reality. Travel writers must see something we did not Being a short drive from Downtown San Diego we were excited to ring in the new year at an unusual locale. Architecturally it was lovely. The spaces were all well thought out. The guestrooms were spacious but spartan. Unfortunately we chose the coldest time... More

Just returned from our New Years stay. Ridiculously cold outside and in. Not the fault of the property but would loved hot water in the shower and a space heater that worked. The New year's party was so lovely it made the experience extra special. Breakfast (included) was the very best part. Served in the giant warm kitchen. Too cold... More
