If you're looking for a quite yet chic place for a long weekend, this is your best option. Private luxurious cabins nestled in a mountain overview the entire Valle de Guadalupe. Every cabin has a terrace with a fireplace, perfect to enjoy a bottle of wine in the peace of the night, with a sky full of stars. The staff... More

Having booked somewhere else that was awful, this hotel was the only one left with rooms available on a saturday night in august. Although overpriced, the staff was very helpful and gave us a nice break on the price (same day booking and stay). Loved the surroundings and the rooms were comfortable and nice. Would stay again :)

If you are in Baja California you must try this place. In the middle of nowhere outside of Baja's wine region you will find this other worldly hotel. The beauty of this hotel is in its simplicity and the warmth of its staff

Is this hotel a little pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? In my opinion, ABSOLUTELY. The "pods" are by far the most unique accommodations I have ever stayed in, and while they in themselves are not exactly a "luxury" accommodation, the property and staff complete the stay so that it IS in some ways a luxury stay. I came during... More

The value for this hotel is supposed to be the amazing views but not all of the rooms have a view to the valley (ours didn´t). The infrastructure is great but the service is ok. It´s far from other places and the restaurant closes early so if you want to eat something at night you have to drive for more... More

We were very excited to stay at Encuentro Guadalupe based on its exposure in the press. The architecture is pretty cool, especially the main reception area. The pods are small, and though cool-looking, not very practical. Each pod has one pane of glass, and you’d hope that that pane is where the view is! But our pod’s view was blocked... More

Very unique experience. Beautiful surroundings. Love the idea of the Pods. The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful and nice. It is a beautiful location for a outdoor wedding with the wineries and green hills in the background.

Here the list of what they do NOT have: - trained people - coffee - tv - room service - ANY restaurante after 7:00 pm - hot water (ran out of it during shower) The cabins -cannot call this a room- are too small and do not have much furniture. There is a pool with a restaurante which is never... More

We are day 3 here @ Encuentro for a wedding and the people are wonderful and the food is fabulous... Chef Flor Franco and team are great...she has made some very tasty vegan meals this week for me! The Pods are totally different and a cool thing to try...the scenery is breath taking.. Coming to Ensenada for 30 years and... More

We stayed here when it was Endemico and had such a great time we booked a room here a year in advance. When we got to Mexico, they pretended they didn't have our reservation. Then they said they had it but were renovating the hotel and we couldn't stay. Basically, they cancelled our reservation without telling us and we had... More
