There are not many choices for lodging in this part of the Yukon so a place like Talbot Arm Motel meets the needs of the Alaska Highway traveler very nicely. It certainly is not fancy - rooms are located back behind the restaurant, bar, and gift shop building. But there was a comfortable bed...quiet location...a FasGas gas station...and good food... More

What great place to stay the night after a beautiful drive!! Nice rooms. Good food. Cool saloon to hangout with other travelers. Quiet, comfortable, dog friendly rooms and great view! Dall Sheep viewing just around the corner with hikes and access to the water. Idk just really liked this place & only wish the northern lights had made an appearance... More

Well, considering it is the only gig in town it worked. We were supposed to stay on our way back and decided to change our time line to avoid it and Teslin (Yukon Motel). The staff were friendly; having gas available was the biggest plus. We ordered the grilled cheese sandwich which was good as we figured it would be... More

My husband and I stayed one night at the Talbot Arm Motel in Destruction Bay YT in early September 2014. This facility consists of a hotel, gas, gift shop, bar/lounge, and restaurant in one. And that's pretty much all there is to Destruction Bay. There is a glacier nearby for airplane tours. We were traveling through and just needed a... More

Isolation Bay... Very adequate, a large spartan room and the bed was decent. I opened a window when I woke and the room was too hot and I was too tired to figure out how to turn it down. Gas, restaurant and gift shop were on site. Lots of parking for the campers and motorcycles. The food was decent, though... More

Had found this place by using Tripadvisor. It is what the reviews stated. We had a room out back where we could park our motorcycle in front of the room. Older place, but clean. Decent bed. On site restaurant had good food. (we even stopped on the way back to eat ) Has a gas station on site. Not many... More

Driving through the Yukon this is a comfortable and clean place to stay. The food was very good and the staff was super friendly! Second time here in the last two years and we are planning on stopping again our next time through! The small gift shop always has some cute finds as well!

This is the only game in town and the location is remote so expectations have to be somewhat tempered. Check-in and checkout were flawless and room prices are reasonable for the area. The room was Spartan as one might imagine, but is sorely in need of refurbishing. The housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired as it was below average... More

We came in late at night and they kept the kitchen open so we could eat a warm dinner. It was a great place to spend a night and we were surprised by the pretty view we had when we woke up in the morning! The room was comfortable and overall a great value.

After 13 days on the road motorcycle camping from Wisconsin all the way up through the Yukon and Alaska we were hungry, tired, dirty, and thirsty. This place had it all. Laundry, Bar, Restaurant, Showers, WiFi, Gas, Tent Spots... and a great staff. Everything was clean and the beer was cold. The local patrons were fun. Perfect for the moment... More
