First, the positive, the bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Next, the negatives, the air conditioning was not working and the room was very warm all the time. The Internet computer station in the lobby had no monitor for several days and was still not replaced when I checked out after 4 days. Come on manager, a monitor can be... More

The room was clean and well stocked. The staff was excellent in all areas - check-in, restaurant, and lounge. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly. The staff were helpful and sincere. It was definitely worth staying at!

We were going to the North Battleford area for a few days of golfing with friends. Weather forced us to arrive a day early, we phoned ahead and the were able to get the rooms we had booked. The restaurant in the hotel was gracious enough to serve 12 hungry people even though we arrived about 10 min before it... More

This place is a complete embarrassment to the hotel service industry in every way possible. It's so bad...I was expecting for someone to pop out from behind the desk telling me I was on a made for tv special about hotel horror stories. Not the case...so I put my pants on for no reason. I truly hope that you, reading... More

Thank You for your most recent review. I am sorry your stay with us was not a good one. I can understand your disappointment with the waterslides not being on all the time. Unfortunately, Saskatchewan Legislation dictates that the waterslides cannot be on if qualified personnel are not in the pool area. Scheduled staff decided to not show up and... More

We will never stay here again because of how non compassionate the Manager was. We complained when checking out about our stay but the clerk said she could only refund us $20 in total on a room for $160 per night. We stayed 2 nights. When the manager D finally phoned me back there was no I'm sorry. She basically... More

Thank You for your review. I am sorry you thought your concerns fell on deaf ears. I can assure you they did not. Unfortunately, if we had been made aware of issues in your room at the time, we could have dealt with them or moved you immediately to further investigate. Once again I apologize for your stay with us. More

So many problems, so little time. Dont stay in the winter, the outside walls and windows let in so much draft you will catch your seath of cold. Dont stay near bar, you will hear thumping of the juke box right up till closing at 2 am. Pretty nice waterslide, except it is closed between noon and 4, prime time... More

Stayed here for work, is a busy place for sure. Lots of working folk. The rooms are extremely out dated and show a lot of wear and tear i.e. wrecked carpet, damaged and repaired tub surround, decades of silicone on top of each other etc. The bed was comfy and clean but only a double, not queen which was ok... I'm staying in this hotel due to its close proximity to a project I'm working on. I'm here for a week, leaving at 6:00 am and returning at 6:00 PM. I usually have reports to write in the evening so I usually just order Room Service where ever I am at the time. Because of my normal late arrival each... More
