Rented the whole place for a night with friends and Will let them write the lodging revues...All were happy, as far as i know. We ate a meal for 25 people as special as a gourmet meal can be. Chef's special duck confit is always the best. Vegetarians were happy with a refreshingly tasty risotto. Fish eaters were thrilled with... More

We stayed in Sutton at a B&B and decided before we left for our trip to have dinner here. Almost got canceled out because the Auberges lost power because of snow on May 25th - they called to let us know then called about 30 minutes later to let us know that all was well! Glad it was because the... More

We spent a weekend getaway skiing at Mont Sutton and stayed at Auberge des Appalaches. It is a very charming place, the food was excellent, the location perfect ( close to ski hill and downtown). No TV in bedroom, if we would have known that, we would have brought some entertainment.

Amazing! We just returned from a 5 nights ski trip at the Auberge des Appalaches. John and Patricia were our hosts and offered such wonderful hospitality that we felt like family. The rooms were spotless as were the common rooms. The common rooms offer a cozy fireplace to sit by after a long day of skiing, as well as a... More

Wow! My boyfriend and I were so happy with the Auberge, and with the owners Patricia and John who were wonderful. We chose the Blues-Cycling package for 3 nights in a Queen room, and this package just kept getting better. It included 2 table d'hôte dinners 1 box lunch, 3 breakfasts, one bottle of wine, 2 tickets to the Blues... More

We stayed at the Auberge des Appalaches and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food, hospitality and location were the best. We found the biking to be great and the small wineries a treat. We would recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a rare experience in gourmet dining and wonderful hospitality.

The new owners of the inn are continuing the great standard of food while improving the common areas and upgrading the bedrooms. Lovely to visit in the fall, and we will look forward to skiing at Mt Sutton when the snow flies and staying at Auberge des Appalaches again.

I booked a stay if this Auberge after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. I took the dinner-sleep-breakfast package that came to approx $220 (including tax and tip). Our meal at the restaurant was amazing! I had the quail, served with steamed veggies and a creamed sweet potato, and it was delicious. The kitchen also accommodated my food allergies without... More

First, Sutton is a modest size French like village for those that bike, tour vineyards, hike, canoe, golf, and shop .....but most everyone speaks English. The owners of the chalet brought charm, hospitality, service and grommet food to a new level..... similiar to our holiday in Provonce last year. Patricia learned hospitality from a strict hospitality school in France and... More

We did not stay in the inn but the restaurant, only open two years, was excellent.
