My son and I spent a weekend here while skiing at Mont Sutton. The drive to the ski resort from the Auberge is only about three minutes. The town is only about two minutes away. The hotel rooms are very small and sparse, but very clean. The food at the hotel restaurant is incredible. We ate there both nights. The... More

Recommended by some friends based on TripAdvisor's reviews, we have spent two nights including the New Year. First impressions: the scenery is nice, the landscape, the small town of Sutton with the local shops, terasses and art galleries. The personnel of the auberge is extremely kind and ready to do anything to please the clients. Our room, recently renovated was... More

We spend three days at the Auberge, including the New Year's Eve. We booked this place based on a recommendation that she chef is fabulous and also because is easy to go skiing on three mountains: Sutton, Owls Head and Bromont. From the moment we arrived I was charmed by the place and their owners. The Auberge is owned by... More

We visited Mont Sutton to attend a friends wedding back in August. The hotel choices were limited, this seemed like one of the better ones available, and we didn't regret it! We loved our experience at this Auberge, it's family owned and run, and you can tell that the couple that own it put their heart and soul into the... More

We enjoyed our two night stay over the long weekend in October. Owners and staff were extremely attentive. Helpful and attentive. We had a package with breakfast and dinner included. Prices were reasonnable and food was quite good. Setting was nice near the woods and a nice walking trail. Included in our room price was one wine tour booklet providing... More

I have stayed at Auberge des Appalaches during my annual visit to the Eastern Townships of Québec since 2010. I stayed at the auberge for about one week at a time during each visit. The auberge and the rooms are always clean, and the atmosphere is always relaxing. The restaurant has a causal and relax setting, and the food is... More

My husband and I just spent three nights at Auberge des Appalaches. Two of those nights we were in a downstairs room with a deck, and we will ask for this room again when we return, which we plan to do. The owners, John and Patricia, are gracious and lovely hosts who seem so happy to share their home with... More

My wife and I just returned from a family visit in and around Sutton. Patricia, John and the entire staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We stated in Room 2, a fairly new room in the lower level and it is very spacious and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Dining at the Auberge is a must both for breakfast... More

To say my sweetheart and I enjoyed our stay at this auberge would be a great understatement. Patricia and John are incredible hosts. Not only was the auberge amazing in itself, but the food prepared by John was unbelievablly delicious. Add to that a perfectly romantic setting, a beautiful terrace with pool and a welcoming dinningroom. It was difficult to... More
